Not even 1 Star – Bed never arrived

I ordered the Blisswood Upholstered Ottoman Double Bed Frame in Beige (4ft6) for our new home, and unfortunately I still haven’t received it.

The delivery was promised for 4 August, so we arranged for a parent to wait at the new house from 9am–6pm specifically for the delivery. Nobody arrived and the bed was not delivered.

The tracking shows the parcel reached the carrier network and then arrived in Leeds on 5 August, but it has effectively gone nowhere since. It now just says “On the way, but running late” with no new delivery date.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the Amazon account the bed was purchased through has now been restricted, meaning we can’t access the original order or make an A-to-z claim. We’ve also struggled to get any response from the seller.

We paid £229.25 for this bed and have been left without the product or a clear explanation of where it actually is.

I can’t comment on the quality of the bed itself because we haven’t even received it. The issue is the incredibly poor delivery and customer service experience.

At this point, we simply want the bed delivered or our money refunded.

Blisswood’s customer service has been appalling.

I purchased two egg chairs advertised with removable, washable cushion covers. Due to what is clearly a manufacturing defect, the covers are actually sewn into the cushions, making them impossible to remove without cutting the cushions apart.

Instead of acknowledging the fault, customer service claimed the defect had “developed over time” and was somehow caused by me. That’s not just inaccurate—it’s insulting.

I’ve now started legal action against Blisswood Ltd and will be sharing my experience wherever I can. I expected far better from a company that refuses to stand behind its own products.

Terrible company, bought a product off amazon and refused a refund for me. Amazon protection refunded me instead.

Delivered a bed to the wrong address, claiming it was our address despite nothing on our doorbell and our back/alley not the one on the photos sent. Unprofessional customer service. No bed and threatening to call the police now and send an officer to our house to locate the bed because they couldn’t locate our address. If you’re ordering off amazon, avoid.

Awful company , can’t get hold of them email bounced back , phone number is incorrect . Bought an almost white bed ( picture on website) when it appeared it was brown !

SCAM Avoid this company at all costs
My girlfriend ordered the gloss white 2 drawers and 2 doors wardrobe it came with all the wrong fixings, when trying to move it when it was assembled the screw heads just snapped off and it all came down in pieces I’ve tried to get hold of them for a refund and their phone keep declining we ordered off Amazon but their customer service has been no help what so ever trying to get a refund, I’m now looking at sticking a CCJ against this company to get money back, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, the customer service is a joke, most of the order was bent or bowed making it difficult to assemble and it’s hard to contact anyone for a REFUND

Tried to email about faulty drawers purchased through amazon and to get a replacement bought the 3+4 drawer chest none of the drawers match shocking it's faulty goods under sale goods act and nobody communicating drawers are built only to dizcover the faults and I've to send it back to them!! Not good customer service shocking stay away from them!!! I am going to call amazon aswell and complain

Clear labelled parts for assembly

I bought a shoe cabinet from Blisswood . I found that is very easy to assemble . Also the company offers better value of money than other merchant.

I ordered a 3 door wardrobe from this company through Amazon. Everything was fine when I was building it, until I got to the final step of adding the doors. There is a gap between the two smaller doors, with one of them overlapping, meaning that the larger door can't close shut. I tried to get support through Amazon, but it directed me to the company's website (which looks dodgy). All I got was an email address that bounces back and when I requested a refund, I got sent return label addressed to a person, not the company. I am expected to return this defective wardrobe myself with no means of doing so.

Wardrobe ordered via Amazon by my wife.
Arrived 4 days late and the 2 large side panels were snapped inside the box and £15 refund was offered.
£15 off for an unusable item is not a solution.

This company deserves a 1 star review. They have a email and is fake !,They have no customer service( so how can an online company can do that ?!) they work along with Amazon says on their website. The delivery man was the rudest ever , instead of ringing saying what time he will be at mine ( as many drivers do) he rang saying I’m outside your house at 12 , I left a note saying I will be home from work from 3 pm he said he never got notified , not my issue if the offer a service online saying : leave a message to the delivery, I had to leave my client at work as he was saying if you are not here in 15 mins I take it back, so he went do another delivery and got back ( impossible to do another delivery in 15 mins 😂 as it was traffic hour ) he left the parcel and he was rude all the time literally telling me off and I said I left a message , he kept saying not my problem ( well not mine either as I left a note) disgusting service, and I didn’t even make a bed but saw all bad comments about their products

Received a computer desk to which the desk top had the wrong size holes for the screws supplied .
Sent numerous emails, no response !! 😠

I had a coffee table delivered. Sadly it is too big for the space i have. I haven't even opened the box. I requested a return. This company will accept the return, however they expect customers to pay for the return!!! This would cost more than the price of the table. My advice would be to go somewhere that will at least cover the cost of return. Sorry I ever purchased from them....

I have been trying to get hold of this company for about three weeks. I have an LED coffee table that came with no LED lights and no instructions. I have requested via email that keeps being returned as undelivered to send me the manual for the coffee table so I can put it together as trying to return. It has been an absolute nightmare so I’m hoping that this company is reading this will have the decency to send me a manual for my LED coffee table. By asking me for my email address.

I purchased a blisswood ottoman bed through Amazon, it has a bad bad odour from day 1 of delivery, but was told the smell would go, 10 months later it absolutely stinks , we have tried airing it, air freshners, cleaning products etc. Blisswood have refused a exchange or refund , look elsewhere for a bed , unless you want to deal with a faulty bed with no returns policy.

Ordered silver grey but more green than grey are they colour blind

I brought an ottoman bed or thought it was as when the delivery driver turned up he had a small package, letter sized with him, I told him It wasn't what I ordered but he just pressed delivered. So nearly 190 spent no bed, I had to buy another one and I'm waiting on a full refund. The company doesn't respond weekends. So now have to wait until they contact me to get my money back. Which I hope is very soon, I will never buy from this site again and urge others to really think about it before they do.

No bolts or instructions

My Mum purchased a office chair through their amazon store, during assembly i noticed hand written notes and parts in odd looking packaging inckuding the wheels being packaged in a carrier bag,

Item was returned by a prior buyer due to an important bracket not lining up correctly meaning you couldnt actually assemble the chair.

Tried returning on amazon and they were so apologetic they offered a 30% refund?

after multiple messages back and forth i am still to receive my return label because the tape we used was the wrong colour.

what company ships an item they know has been returned as it cannot be used and then gets difficult over the return absolute disgusting and shocked,
