I had a positive experience with Dartello. I asked several technical questions about battery compatibility and their support team provided detailed and helpful responses. While I noticed some negative reviews previously, my experience was smooth and professional from start to finish.
Installed one of their lithium batteries and an inverter for my RV setup. Performance has been excellent so far. The battery holds charge well and the inverter runs my appliances without any issues.
Overall a good experience. The inverter I ordered works perfectly with my LiFePO4 battery bank. The only downside was shipping took a little longer than expected, but support did respond when I asked for an update. Would still recommen
Worse experience ever!Do not buy!They lie frok the beginning,delivery takes more then 40 days,wrong controller sent,replacement controller not received not even after 14 days!Lack of communication and selling only lies!Avoid!Tu understand,its been more then 2 months and still waiting to test this!
My dad bought a Maglev 5kW 48V wind turbine with MPPT controller meant for a 48V battery system. Installed everything, programmed the controller to the settings we needed, and the turbine only produced 12V in high speed winds, which is not enough to charge anything else than a 9V battery... Dont waste your money like we did.
Unless Dartello made the mistake of sending a 12V turbine on not a 48V.

Our Maglev 5kW 48V turbines are always shipped according to the voltage specified in the customer’s order. Each unit is tested at the factory and matched with its corresponding 48V MPPT controller. If the turbine is only outputting 12V in strong winds, this may indicate:
*A wiring or connection mismatch (DC polarity or controller input settings).
*Incorrect controller programming for the 48V battery bank.
According to Dartello Ltd’s warranty and support policy, we ask all customers who face performance issues to share with us:
*Order number and invoice copy.
*Photos/videos of the turbine and controller installation.
*Controller settings currently in use.
Once we have these details, our technical team can quickly determine whether this is a configuration issue or if you may have received a mismatched product.
We kindly ask that in cases like this, you contact us directly first, as our support team is always ready to help troubleshoot, check installation settings, and if necessary, arrange a replacement within a 30-day period at no extra cost. This way, we can resolve the matter quickly without unnecessary delays or frustrations.
