I am very pleased with the blinds I purchased from Blinds To Go. The sales representative was informative and provided excellent guidance and advice throughout the process. Most of all, the installer, Mike, was skilled and efficient with his time. The blinds look great! I would definitely order from this organization again.

The consultant and installer was very friendly and very helpful in helping me get the right item which I did and have been very happy with shades and so is my mother. The installer was very helpful even when I had him re install one of my blinds, we are so pleased with everything thank you.

Did not meet expectations
Paid extra for in home consult and installation of roller shades with black out screen. Took almost three months to be custom made and when they finally came the measurements were off. Installer kept using kids beds to hold his tools despite being asked not to. Still waiting for blinds to be installed end of the week. Did not meet expectations this far

From the time of in store purchasing the blinds was great, the service installer was fantastic. The only downfall of the installation was the fact the brackets holding the blinds on top of the window frame are visable from the outside because they are plain metal. They should be coloured white to blend in with the colour of the top of the blind😟 I'm kinda disappointed

Overall, great to hear Rod - but we are sorry about the brackets. We are looking into getting color matched brackets for certain products but some are not available in other colors yet. Hopefully we can help to solve this issue sooner than later!
Great service with an awesome warranty
We bought our kitchen blinds in 2014. This year one of the cords broke. I went back to blinds to go and within a week I had them back repaired and ready to hang at no charge. Staff and service were great.
