Blinds to Go Bond Hub for mobile Wireless control Waste of Clients Money
I got blinds to go Cascade Shades installed on 3 big windows at my Whitby home by professional Installer . I paid additional Approximately $400 dollars for Hub so that shades could be controlled by mobile. Blinds to go recalled hub due to problems. I got replacement hub this month,April 2026. This round new hub is extremely non-functional. You need electrical outlet near each shade before it can pair with your shades. Spent two times more than one hour with Jason and Sophia. No one could solve my issue as need new electrical outlet 3-4 feet from shade. Don’t want to spend another $500 for installation of electrical outlets. Blinds to go should inform clients all requirements required before their hub can be used for control of shades through mobile Apps Hub. Blinds to go should refund money charged for their mobile hub.

Not happy with the lady at the Kennedy locations
The installer was absolutely amazing!
The lady I spoke to on March 21st at the Kennedy location, not so much.
Was rude, did not offer any sort of apology when I told my issue and lied about how long the installation would take. I'm just sorry I did not get her name so I can add it to this review.

Email Harrassment
Positive experience with product and staff. Only negative experience is the continuous harrassment via emails to give feedback. It's been several months and you just won't give it up.
And after several months I give in and attempt to respond and am presented with a mandatory 'Date of experience' which blinds to go should be in a position to auto fill.

Great customer service
I have used Blinds to Go numerous times over several years and just ordered another houseful of blinds for new windows we installed. I have always been happy from the initial order, to measurements, to final install.
I have dealt with Sara for a lot of the orders but have been pleased with whoever I have dealt with from all the staff to the Manager at the Scarborough branch!
