Sales lady holly was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs had good suggestions as to my requirements

Very good service from both the in-store staff and the installer.

Positive experience with product and staff. Only negative experience is the continuous harrassment via emails to give feedback. It's been several months and you just won't give it up.

And after several months I give in and attempt to respond and am presented with a mandatory 'Date of experience' which blinds to go should be in a position to auto fill.

The service person took the time to listen to what we needed and provided well priced options.

I have used Blinds to Go numerous times over several years and just ordered another houseful of blinds for new windows we installed. I have always been happy from the initial order, to measurements, to final install.
I have dealt with Sara for a lot of the orders but have been pleased with whoever I have dealt with from all the staff to the Manager at the Scarborough branch!

Roberto was great when he came to install my blinds. No fuss, no muss. Great communication and friendly Manner.

I also found the scheduling system very easy.
Measurement and installation appointments were done on time. My only critique would be that the California shutters were very expensive. I think you could do a bit better with pricing.

My experience with Blinds to Go is excellent and the reason for that is the service we received from Sara. She was very pleasant, courteous and willing to help. She worked with us and showed everything we wanted to, so we can make our final decision on blinds. She also helped us with installation appointment and ensured things happened on time.

My experience was good. The product worked as expected. There was blind handles missing and I had to return to the store to pick up the missing parts.

knowledgeable employee fast turnaround

I ordered blinds for my mother summer 2025. Then it didn’t retract as it should and they sent someone over to look at it. They took away the blind. Now it has been nearly two months and finally they are coming to install the blind. When I first called they couldn’t find it. Then they said it’s lost and now it should be installed on Monday Dec 1st. Not good at all, if my mother who is in her eighties had to deal with this herself.

At the store Sara was Wonderful. We hit it off helping me with choose curtains and blinds. So helpful, no pressure.
The measuring guy was great. He changed our measurements. So good at his job.
The installer was very nice. Really cared about a
perfect job even though he had a few more houses to go too. Beautiful Install in all rooms. Very pleased.

overall, the service and customer service was good, but I’m disappointed in the quality of the Blinds the PVSR of low quality and they hang uneven. I expected better quality from Blinds to go.
