After my exchanges with customer service, a solution was quickly provided for an issue encountered, and their responsiveness deserves recognition.

The desk itself is impressive — massive, solid, with a successful design and high-quality LEDs. The rear storage compartment allows for clean and efficient cable management with a huge amount of space. The lifting mechanism is stable, quiet, and pleasant to use. The magnetic mat is decent, although the stitching is not perfectly straight and a few threads may fray. Nevertheless, it gives the desk a very “premium” finish and feels good to use. Even though my gaming setup is not yet finalized, it completely transforms the space and delivers a professional feel with its solid and high-end presence.

[Shipping]
The package arrived in perfect condition and the assembly process was clear and enjoyable. However, the shipping tracking could be improved. The tracking service via the Shop app lacked precision, but the delivery date was respected once the item was shipped. Thanks to the support team for keeping me informed during my inquiries.

[Application]
The application seems limited for now, with a restricted game selection, few AI features, and the inability to create custom LED profiles. It still offers several modes, and the overall experience remains unique.

[Expected Improvements]
The desk’s potential is obvious from the moment you open the box. To earn its missing star, I would like to see a wider variety of accessories available on the Blacklyte website, such as more magnetic options, a headphone holder, a mountable drawer, or additional ways to make the desk more customizable, for example different mat styles.

In conclusion, I like this desk and use it every day with pleasure. I am looking forward to seeing what Blacklyte has planned next, as it clearly has strong potential. That said, its price may be slightly high for what it currently offers.

Last December, at the StarLadder Major, we had the chance to visit the Blacklyte booth and try the Athena Pro chair in person. It immediately caught our attention.

I had been thinking for quite a long time about what kind of chair to buy for my son. I looked at several brands, but without a showroom it’s difficult to make a confident decision. That’s why this event was such a great opportunity – we could finally see and test the Blacklyte products ourselves, and we were impressed right away.

The event itself also left a strong impression on us, so I decided on the spot that I would order the Budapest Major Event chair for Christmas. It arrived shortly after the holidays, and I have to say – it was absolutely worth the wait.

The chair came very well packaged and in perfect condition. Assembly was quick and straightforward; it took about half an hour in total. They even included assembly gloves in the box, which shows great attention to detail and thoughtful preparation.

Since then, the chair has truly become the centerpiece of my son’s room. More importantly, his comfort has changed completely compared to his previous chair. It was an excellent choice, and most importantly, my son is extremely happy with it.

Bought the Rainbow Six Siege 10th Anniversary Edition Chair (Athena Pro). So far one of the Best Chairs I ever had. I love the Details that are Stitched into the Lether. I just love the Chair.

The desk and chair are very good quality, I ran into some shipping issues but customer support is very responsive and helpful. I was in contact with a real person and they resolved everything promptly. I would definitely recommend 10/10

Bought during Valentin’s sale delivered free in two working days. Athena pro black gaming chair purchased and it excellent sturdy comfortable, (friend has a secret labs chair and that’s like sitting on a slab lol)
Was concerned about the size but glad it was large in size compared to my old gt racer chair. More seating options. Seat fins nice and soft so cross legged or legs akimbo is no issue.
Really happy with purchase will have no problem recomending.

I like the chair a lot it’s comfy I prefer the normal Athena not the pro since I don’t use the lumbar feature very nice having normal version the customer service is amazing and way better than competitive brands I had experience with other brands big names but these guys are on the right path

This chair is simply amazing. It’s quite a quality construction that makes my previous chairs both office and gaming look okay compared to this. The assembly is also pretty straightforward and made me confident in the quality of this chair. Loved the memory head cushion and the chair is awesome overall. Reminds me of secretlab but not overpriced. Just be aware the seat cushion is very strong and stiff in the beginning but it tones down to a nice amount of cushion after some wear of like a week.

Using it a lot for the past few days, and its really comfortable to use and sit on, and for its price, its worth the bucks
My favourite feature is the back support and the arm rests, customisable to any position I want, and the back support is good for the long gaming sessions.

I saw this company from watching Ubisoft's SI 26 event, and decided to try it my self (wanted to replace my chair) and its so great so far

The quality of the chair is amazing, that I cannot deny. It's well built, it's comfortable. My only small complaint (But doesn't detract from the experience) was I was told I'd get updates, but it came in the form of a link and not live SMS messages. It was tracked, arrived in good shape, the gloves are cool and it was easy to put together. Would recommend!

I’ve only recently received the product, so I haven’t had the chance to fully test it yet. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and delivery went as expected. The item arrived in good condition and was well packaged.

So far, everything looks fine. I’ll need more time using it to give a more detailed opinion, but my initial impression is positive.

I got my chair and was in love with it! Only small problem was the handle for the height cylinder wasn’t working. I contacted support and it did require some videos and photos. But they wanted to be very thorough to attempt to diagnose the problem, then sent me a replacement.

They were very curious and apologetic for all the steps. Which I understand want to be sure it’s not user error or a simple solution I missed.

J’ai pu recevoir ma chaise dans les délais. Niveau qualité elle est vraiment top. J’ai longuement hésiter entre une tone de modèle et je pense avoir fait le bon choix. Mon dos me remerciera.

A+ to customer care and quality control. Ordered chair and hadnt heard anything for a few days. I reache dout and customer care replied quick and explained the situation. Was told extra week out due to weather. When it arrived early even though I was told its going to he late. Box look like a normal box in transit, but when i opened it, everwas pristine l. The QA team really took the time to pack it. Everything was nice and snug, barely any room for items to shift olus it was incased in thick foam too. Easy and quick assembly. The chair comfortable and premium build. I would recommend it to any one. One thing Id like to suggest to Blacklyte is “FOOTREST” integrated or an accessory.

Received my Athena Pro gaming chair a couple days ago. Within approximately the time mentioned on their site. The gaming chair was very easy to assemble especially with an official video you can find on youtube super easily. The chair itself for the price point is very comfortable and looks and feels durable. There was a slight issue with the shipping it seems as if a part of the chair (the lumbar adjust control) was slightly damaged. I emailed them about it and the response times are insanely quick. Simple photo evidence and they were happy to send out replacement parts.

Such a well made chair. If you like comfort and style this is a chair for you.

I just recieved my Kraken Pro Gaming Chair from Blacklyte Yesterday! Amazing Customer Service for the shipping process, Fedex had a few delays and didnt update my tracking because of those crazy ice storms going on across the country so I emailed Blacklyte and they got it back on track in a few hours! Their Customer Service has fast response time, super nice people, and actually get thing accomplished quickly!
The quality and comfort of this chair is AMAZING! Even the packaging and the layout inside the box was top notch! Every step of the unboxing process felt like a Ultra Premium Experience! Everything was packed super secure and safe. The box was pack so well you could of probably thrown it off a cliff and everything would be safe!
The chair took me 10 minutes to put together. It came with a huge poster with massive diagrams on the back to make setup super simple! Once everything was set up I sat in the chair, ajusted the lumbar to fit me perfectly, layed back and 2 hours later my girl woke me up as I had passed out it was so freaking comfortable LoL!!!
The Kraken Pro glides like a dream on my hardwood floor with the rollerblade wheels! Its 4D armrests are ajustable and work magnificently. I added some plush covers from amazon to fully complete this masterpiece of a chair! The lumbar support is freaking INSANE! Its so comfortable and it has a huge range of ajustment! You can have it completely flush with the chair or you can have it extend out and set it at whatever setting best fits you and lock it into place. You can also just let it auto ajust to you! Freaking Engineering Marvel!!! Next is the materials this badboy is made out of! Beautiful PREMIUM QUALITY SYNTH LEATHER and PLUSH MEMORY FOAM! Everything else is SOLID STEEL and HIGH END PREMIUM PARTS! I believe the same factory that makes Secret Labs stuff makes Blacklytes stuff as well! The seat is super comfy and also SUPER well built. Everything from the Stitching to the Logos to the Magnetic Pillow is PERFECT! I FREAKING LOVE THIS CHAIR SO MUCH LOL! I would also like to add that I am 6 feet exactly. Even if I was a few inches taller this chair fits me perfect. I would say it would be good all the way up to someone being 6' 4"! I am 220 IBS but could see it being fine for people all the way up to 300+ IBS!
I upgraded from the CORSHAIR TC-100 which is not the worst chair in the world. I have to tell you, the Kraken Pro Stomps this Chair into Oblivion LOL!!! its literally 1000x better! I am so happy I bought this chair, it is absolutely Incredible! 10/10!
