I can’t speak highly enough of the experience we had with Blackacre. From the very first conversation, Henrietta and Sam were absolutely incredible — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping create something special. Their service throughout was nothing short of outstanding.

The ring itself? Utterly breathtaking. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none, and it’s even more beautiful than we could have imagined. It’s been getting non-stop compliments, and rightly so!

As someone with little experience in design, the thought of designing a bespoke ring with a jeweller was very daunting. However, Sam, Laura and Henrietta were wonderful to work with throughout. Sam provided an excellent initial overview of diamonds, settings and stone integration. It was also evident from the first meeting that Blackacre values attention to detail and expert craftmanship in every piece. The team organised several meetings to assist with the ring design and eventually produced a CAD design that exceeded expectations, incorporating all of the elements discussed. Importantly, I didn’t feel rushed during the process, and communication throughout was fantastic. The team also sent regular photo and video updates during the ring's creation, which was greatly appreciated.

The overall finish was beautiful, and my fiancé was blown away when seeing the ring for the first time. I would highly recommend Blackacre to anyone searching for a bespoke engagement ring!

I can’t recommend Sam and the team at Black Acre highly enough. They designed and created a beautiful bespoke engagement ring for my fiancé, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From not knowing anything about jewellery or where to start, Sam very patiently educated me through the process, and the whole experience was personal and refreshingly unpretentious.

Their creativity and craftsmanship brought the vision to life beautifully, and they’re excellent at keeping you updated with each stage of the rings development.

The process of finding a ring was quite daunting to begin with and after countless hours searching we came across Blackacre and decided to find out more.

Henrietta replied to our initial query very quickly, taking onboard our requirements and parameters to setup a video call (given our distance away).

Henrietta went to great lengths to demonstrate to us over video the options we have for our budget, as well as providing expertise on what goes with what.

After deciding on a configuration the wheels were put into motion as our creation began, we were kept updated at numerous points along the way with updates via email of the different stages and pictures of the process without giving anything away of the 'big' reveal.

Once complete we setup a face to face with Henrietta in London on a date of our choosing to collect, had a very friendly chat to go over the ring and anything going forwards.

All in all the experience couldn't have gone any better.

When I and my partner first met Laura and Henrietta, we had very little knowledge about colour, clarity and cuts but both Laura and Henrietta took the time to explain everything - very informative and practical!

They really personalised the designs of our rings and sent regular updates from CAD designs to manufacturing!

I had a 4 month journey from my original call with Sam from Blackacre on my initial ideas for the engagement ring, to going to pick up from ring in person from the office. The whole process was hugely enjoyable and interesting, and the Blackacre team were always quick with expert advice and insight to help my own concept take the form of a beautiful and unique ring. The details that I learned were amazing and I can now hold my own when discussing jewellery. I could not recommend them more for a perfect ring and all done in such an engaging and personal way.

From the moment I received my engagement ring, I was in awe of its design and craftsmanship. Though I wasn’t involved in the design process—my husband wanted to surprise me with the perfect ring—I immediately fell in love with it. So when it came time to choose my wedding band, I knew I had to return to Blackacre.

Working with Laura and Henrietta on the design of my wedding band was an absolute delight. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident from the very first consultation. I knew nothing about rings or jewellery but a friend recommended Blackacre to me and they were amazing throughout. Put in an inquiry through the website with a rough budget and had an email back within the day. Booked an appointment and went in having sent some ideas of what I wanted before. They were amazing and so helpful in the meeting. Explained the whole
process to me and over a couple of appointments helped me design a ring that I loved. Took about 8 weeks for the ring to be made and I was updated on the progress throughout that. Was so cool to see the way it was being handmade and designed by people who cared from start to finish. Easy pick up of the ring and it was better than I could have imagined and (more importantly) my fiancé absolutely loved it. Couldn’t recommend Blackacre more to anyone. So helpful at every stage and enabled me to design and buy a ring that is completely unique when beforehand I had known nothing about this area. Definitely going to use them for the wedding rings! 10/10 would recommend.

Finding the right engagement ring can be a daunting prospect. It’s a significant expense and I for one, wasn’t particularly knowledgable about production process, sourcing of gem stones etc.

Sam, Laura and Henrietta were fantastic through out the process. Very knowledgable and able to work to a variety of budgets. While I had a specific idea on the design, they provided valuable guidance and suggestions on how to enhance to really make the engagement ring unique and special.

I particularly appreciated their communication, providing timely updates on key milestones during the production process.

I am , and more importantly my fiancé is, delighted with the final product. A beautiful finished ring that is classy and unique. An extremely enjoyable process from start to finish. We will be back in contact with Sam and the Blackacre team when we purchase future jewellery and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

An absolute pleasure.

I spent hours upon hours trying to find the perfect ring along with trying to understand what made a good ring. For someone who finds online shopping highly stressful and confusing, due to so many options it was turning into a challenging experience.

Then along came Blackacre. They met with me and explained everything, the process was seamless and the experience made my engagement that much easier. The team were amazing, they sat me down and explained how everything was made, the difference in stones and listened to what I wanted. There was a range of options and at no point did I feel pressured, they clearly wanted me to have the best thing I thought was right and just gave me the answer to any question I had. I then got to explain all of this to my partner who was blown away by the whole thing and it made it that much more special for her.

I genuinely don't think I could have done it without them, I highly praise their friendliness, kindness and professionalism with the whole thing, it was unlike any other purchase I had ever made.

Once I had made my decision it was quickly handcrafted to a quality that is still a big talking point amongst friends and family.

If you want an extremely high quality ring and to take all the stress away from the experience of buying one I could not recommend them enough.

After a bad experience with another jeweler, I did a lot of research and came across Blackacre. They made me my dream ring setting; timeless and elegant - exactly as I described it to them. The craftsmanship is at par and even better than the big jewelry names. Sam and Laura helped and guided me, but also left me plenty of room with decision making. I really appreciated the great responsiveness and overall kind and swift communication. The process is very unique and you will always feel valued. If you want to have an outstanding experience, amazing craftsmanship and a young progressive team who cares (they are b-corp certified!) and produces your future family heirlooms, you should book an appointment ASAP! :)
