Zaman was extremely helpful in managing the appointment time around availability and he sent the report over very quickly afterwards. The report was accurate and detailed. Very pleased.

Zaman completed a RICS valuation of our home. From the very start he was friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain clearly the valuation process and what was involved. He was very willing to answer any questions and gave clear and comprehensive explanations /answers. I was more than happy with how quickly the valuation was prepared. I would definitely use Zaman again and I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Zaman has been a massive help organising and talking me through the survey so I have a full understanding of everything that was going to take place. He also explained everything that the report said.

Zaman's communication was brilliant from the start. He requested all the information he needed beforehand and arrived promptly to the appointment. He's extremely knowledgeable, professional and was very thorough. His report was really detailed. I was in a bit of a tricky situation as I needed the report ASAP in order to exchange contracts the same week. Zaman went out of his way to complete the report on a bank holiday and it was with me the day after the survey. HIGHLY recommend Zaman's services.

First valuation I’ve ever had and Zaman was unbelievably helpful and very polite! Explained to me what he would be checking so I felt comfortable with what was being checked in the flat. Genuinely really nice experience and would hands down recommend Zaman for valuations if you need one!

Zaman's communication throughout the Survey process was fantastic, on the day he arrived promptly and was very knowledgeable talking us through the whole process and how everything worked. Zaman worked quickly to get the report back to HCA so we could get our redemption quote quickly to proceed with our sale. We would highly recommend using Zaman to our friends & family, in fact, we already referred him to one of our neighbors as we were so pleased.

Zaman carried out our RICS survey this week and was amazing. Not only did he come out of his way at such late notice (same day!), he worked through the evening to get us the report so quickly.
