I bought a property and Lion Wolf were the selling agents.

Diamond from Lion Wolf kept on top of things and kept me informed throughout the process. He ensured that the transaction was completed smoothly. Furthermore, he relayed any questions that I had to the seller in a timely and efficient manner.

Other properties on my street were successfully sold by Lion Wolf and I believe this testifies the good quality of service they provide.

Very Good and very helpfull

My sale was the longest and the most traumatic/ trickiest of any other sale that my agents and my conveyenser had dealt with.
There were times when I felt so down because of the Sale situation being so slow from the buyers side and thought it the buyer would pull out or sale fall through, But Diamond kept us going through the tunnel of darkness very politely and patiently, always giving me hope to the see light at the end of it.

Yesterday I finally managed to complete my sale and they made my transaction feel so safe yet I had problems in the end too.

I would like to thank Diamond in tonnes and I always said to him how extraordinary he is.
Not forgetting Naz too for keeping us going internally although we didn’t have much contact throughout the sale. Naz took amazing pictures of my flat in the beginning along with diamond to market the property and I would like credit him as that attracted a lot of buyers.

Thank you Guys and keep up the good work, this world needs more Diamonds and Naz like you ❤️😂.

Diamond was very professional and patient. He was always available to answer questions. He even too initiative in liaising with our solicitor and moved things along. Lion Wolf got us a sale price which none of the High Street were willing to get. We are very pleased with service and strongly reccomend to anyone trying to buy or sell their house.

I’ve had an interesting property development journey over the past 12 months, SW11 Area, I tried advertising the property online, via Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market, with no estate agency fees, placing in Auction,(waste of time and money) advertising with estate agents, advertising on Gumtree, etc.
My experience; circa 20 people came to view the property, mixture of wishers, dreamers, just want to see (bear in mind, there was a 360 video view), chancers offering prices no-where near advertised price, even had an Estate Agent telling me, he had 20-odd years’ experience in sales and that price I was asking, I would never get ( What he should have said is that “he” couldn’t achieve near asking price)
I was introduced to Lion Wolf, Diamond, was breath of fresh air, professional, polite, informative and whilst not based in the property area, found a prospective buyer, which turned into a serious buyer,
The sale completed last week, at a mutually agreeable price for the property.
From my experience I would totally recommend Lion Wolf and will certainly be using them for future property projects.

Our Agent was excellent he got people through the door and made sure we got the best possible price at the time of selling. He made sure to stay in touch with the buyers/solicitors and other agents in the chain and kept us updated throughout the whole transaction. Excellent service.

Five Star service. If I can give more stars I would. The Just Sold team were impressive to handle the sale of my house in harrow. They were amazing. These guys are absolutely fantastic. They promised to secure a buyer for my property and delivered where other agents failed. I wasn't too sure at first as I hadn't heard about this company but the agents that I see in my local area could not even get me an offer for my house, whereas Just Sold had gotten me two offers and one was the asking price. Absolutely thrilled I found these guys. I highly recommend you consider them when selling. Five stars.

We had to deal with one of directors .It was not the greatest experience.. it started well, but when we straggled a bit to lend the money from the bank he turned his back on us and made up a story that he lied about. Even though After he accepted our offer on the house one day When we rang him he said that the vender decided to sell the house to her relative which was lies! When i spoke to vender i got a different story from her! I would not get involved again with them. Sad that he does business this way!Also i tried to phone him for 1 months to get the information about the house were he ignore me. I had take control in my hand and deal with the vender direct to make sure we secure the house and he does not sell to others!

We had a good experience using Just Sold trying to sell our property, they found a buyer for us pretty quickly. Unfortunately our sale fell through due to mortgage lender requirements for the buyer, but Just Sold was engaging through the entire process and it’s through no fault of their own that we couldn’t get the sale agreed.

Great service and help with finding solutions when any roadblocks occurred

As a FTB Diamond is THE real estate agent you want to have during your home buying process, he is always so patient and I could always get a prompt reply or follow-up within the same day. He has provided amazing customer service which made the long purchase process less painful.
Really appreciate the full transparency they offered. As a buyer I didn't expect the real estate agent to be fully "working on my side", however Diamond has been very empathetic and really put himself in my shoes which has been a great support during the whole process.
