I was having difficulty booking a flight to the Philippines, a lot of the advertised flights have gone by the time you actually try to book, for that reason I decided to try this company. Rav the agent was most helpful in finding a suitable flight for me, I will use certainly be using them for any future travel arrangements.

Amazing service and genuine. I am sceptical person, and was suspicious at first as it felt like it’s too good to be true, Kevin the agent who was assisting me took a lot of time and effort to find the cheapest option for us. They are also ATOL registered and their service before and after is incredible . Thanks you Kevin and Rav

I had an amendment to be made on the luggage, Kevin is been not only able to manage the situation, but also to help me with my anxiety about the wrong luggages.

We made our first reservation with this company, and the staff has been very helpful. Specially CrishtalThey replied quickly every time I had a question. The only issue is that we never received the ATOL protection certificate.

The service i received from Victor was "second to none" he is "number one!". Very best indeed. He stayed calm, composed and unfazed, this is despite several changes I made to my travel plans, Victor dealt with it with true professionalism. He is a great asset to his company. Directors take care of him. I only purchased my tickets from your company because of him. Until now me and my extended family in UK (121 of us) have always purchased all our air travel tickets from one company for 45 years now. However, with the service I received from Victor I know all our immediate family travel arrangements will be carried out through you and I will do my very best to convince the extended family too.

Steve was very helpful throughout the time i spoke to him. Helped find my ticket reference quickly and gave advice that is straight forward and best for me.

We were given a good discounted price for our tickets to Canada. However, the Airline charged us for our check-in baggage which came to around £240 each way. We had to pay the money at the airport. However after our holiday the travel agent rep ‘Jay’ was very kind and understanding and helped us get a full refund of the excess baggage charge that was paid. He gave us exceptional ‘customer services’

I spoke with a very friendly, helpful customer services agent named Rav. Everything was explained to me in great detail and my query was solved. Very satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Mr Rav.

We had a complicated trip to book which incuded multiple cities and stopovers. Rav helped us sort through the list and saved us several hundred dollars. We are very happy with his help and guidance.
