I've had a really great experience with an exceptionally good travel agent; namely Bird Voyage, and in particular, Austin. He went over the top to be helpful in finding flights and fitting in with complicated arrangements.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Victor was helpful and accommodating, which was valuable for booking a multi-city holiday, including the internal flight hassle.
