Fantastic service from Steve. He's very patient andtakes his time to make sure your itinerary is perfect for you.

Martin was always polite and helpful and went out of his way to find the right holiday for us despite the original date having to be changed after we had paid the final amount. This was because of the company's failure to realise that the original date was not in fact possible. Until it was all sorted out I felt quite stressed.

Its been very good so far kevin has been helping us in the process of buying our air tickets to south africa in a few months we are almost done. kevin has been of good help and understanding from the start excellent customer service from him .

I am very happy with the services I received from Victor. I purchased tickets from this travel agency before, as I find him very helpful and he had made my booking so much easier than going online, as I was able to discuss the various options which were available. Very upset to receive my boarding passes and discover my husband and I were not sitting together on a long haul flight When got in touch with the person who booked our flights was told it would cost £90 each to change seats and we’d just been randomly allocated seats At no point during booking had this been mentioned Having not booked long haul for years didn’t realise had to pay to sit together
This should have been explained at time of booking and I would then have shopped around for flights and was making it very expensive
First time using this company and very disappointed will just book myself next time so can see all hidden costs

Kevin booked our Tenerife holiday which was excellent. 1st class service, no worries all arranged for us. The only thing we had to worry about was what clothes to take. Kevin sorted everything down to the smallest details. Truly superb. Highly recommend Kevin and his colleagues who are also capable to arrange your holiday.
We will definitely be using Kevin again.

Hi last year in booked the tickets with Bird voyage for my son and daughter from Heathrow to Tronto. Before booked i asked them very clearly my son is 16year and daughter 14 yes old can the fly alone . One of there agent from india told me they can fly with DELTA Airline no problem at all.Then I booked the tickets . But the departure day we 3hrs drove to Heathrow then DELTA AIRLINES refused to take my daughter in the flight said she's 14yrs only can't fly with 16yr old.But there website q4yr can fly by there own So I contacted to B V and they said need to cancel tickets and booked other flight same day and I have to pay now will get back . I paid more £1600 . Which not my fault. But i never get my money back which i paid before. £1600 Its lots money for me. Can anyone suggest how I can get my money back please
