Professional and helpful. Happy with the new (to me) car!

My experience was amazing getting my new car and selling my old one the process was very easy as the stuff are very kind and friendly never met anyone sweeter than the staff

A transparent, honest, fast and totally customer-focussed, non-pushy and not-oleagenous experience. We’d been looking at the same car in various other second hand car dealerships and this one was by far the best experience. The price wasn’t the cheapest, but fair when the difference was explained. We also admire that this is a business started and owned by young people, employing young people all from the area and doing really well. Finally we totally applause their commitment to EVs: those emissions impact their future so we totally get it.

So glad I went to Birchwood Motors in Cardiff it was so worth traveling 2 hours to get there. When arriving, the site looked very clean with some real decent cars,security fencing around the site which looked very secure, when I walked in the car I had put a deposit on the evening before was waiting for me in a little up garage on its own, wow it looked really good .
I was looking around it on my own undisturbed, I went in to the office to speak to Sam who greeted me with a friendly smile he gave me the keys and put the trade plates in and off we went on our test drive, the car didn't disappoint. I was happy with the car and purchased it there and then and drove it home within an hour.
What a gem of a place so glad I came across you, I looked at other cars at some places where if I hadn't of put a deposit down I would of just turned round .
I would certainly recommend Birchwood they are truthful and honest .

Very easy transaction. Emails back and forth with questions answered were prompt, when enquiring about the vehicle.
Come down to view and test drive car was ready and placed next to another vehicle of interest for comparing. Advisor was swift, thorough.
Coffee and water and seating available whilst part ex car was checked.
Dealt with Sam over emails and enquires who was great. And then Alex on day of purchase who was also very good 😊
