Easy to order from the website and I like there is not a million products to figure out what I needed.

Very clunky checkout process. Form fields didn’t prompt autofill from my phone. I’m in an iPhone 16 pro max. Annoying that the one field that wanted to refill my phone number, didn’t accept the standard format. Probably the longest checkout process I’ve had.

Love everything Biossance. In my early 50s and the products help with fine lines and keep my skin hydrated.

It was hard to find the products that went along with the promotions offered which was frustrating.

Great products and fast shipping, which I appreciate. I did however want to know why I didn't see the Biossance Squalene Glycolic Renewal Mask in your products. This is a great mask and I was wondering if you no longer carry it.

First, I'll say I've been using Biossance products for 7+ years. I've recommended them to all my friends and family, which made this experience even more disappointing. The last vitamin c rose oil product I purchased was defective - the white dropper became unglued and leaked all over my toiletry bag. This has never happened before, but was unfortunate because this product alone is £48, completely wasted. The worst part is I spoke to 3 different customer support agents and all of them gave me completely different answers! The first one told me someone would reach out to me in a couple days, alas no one ever reached out. The 2nd person forwarded me to their compliance team and our chat got disconnected. The 3rd person said biossance can do nothing to help. So frustrating and absolutely terrible experience! I've spent over an hour trying to get a replacement for this and the process is so broken. Having to enter all my information more than once in each chat and explain the story over and over again.

I bought some Rose Petal extract for a girl that did take it so after months of it sitting around, I decided, "Why not try it out myself?" And Wow! I gotta say that stuff is INCREDIBLE!! More guys gotta get on board with this moisturizing deal. The extract was $80! But worth every penny in my opinion.

Biossance is very sketchy with returns. I was notified through tracking they rec'd my return. 7 days later I had to talk to couple different people & waste my time to get them to admit they rec'd it & process my $85.00 or so. There is no phone no. for them & the csr's dont really know what they are doing. I will never buy from this sheister company again. Not worth my time or money. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 😠
