Always a pleasure to purchase my BMW accessories from Bimmer America. They are great people to work with and always reply to email requests within in a very reasonable time frame. Good folks they are!

I used this company for my map update. Fairly straightforward process. I had a few questions along the way, and their support was excellent … responses to my emails were within a couple of hours or less, even on a weekend (yesterday I had a response in less than 5 minutes).

Excellent service! I actually had a response to my Nav update query within 5 minutes (good timing!). Got the update files, clear instructions and activation code shortly thereafter. Quick 'n easy. Relatively inexpensive, too.

Purchased 1 y navigation subscription for my F10. Easy transaction, easy download, and easy installation. The download took approximately a little under 45 mins. Unpacking of files took ~20 mins using WinRAR and loading of the files on to USB took ~15 mins. Loading the files to the iDrive took ~30 mins. The instruction from Bimmer America was well written for me to follow. No issues at all and the installing of new navigation went smoothly. A great experience!

I have chosen Bimmer America to do the coding for my 435i xdrive and Rob did an excellent job. The whole process was seamless. I now enjoy several features that I don’t have before. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his product. Bimmer America’s customer service is excellent.

I looked and looked on how to install the navigation update on my BMW. I watched YouTube videos.....I giggled and found Bimmer. OMG, forget everything else, this was not only the best price but so simply! Worth it! Do it!

Great experience - I ordered the map update for my BMW i3 - I opted to have the memory stick shipped to me. The thing arrived - it took roughly 40 min to download into the car and bingo - the map is updated. They provided a return envelope for the memory stick. Could not have been easier.

Excellent!! It's great to deal with companies like this. All aspects of the purchase were flawless.

Installation went smoothly following the instructions provided by the Company. I am satisfied with the product and the delivery method (I used the download delivery). I only used two 8GB thumb drives instead of 4 recommended by the seller, and simply copied USB3 to USB1 (after formatting) when USB2 was installing. It took about one hour to complete the update.

Great response from Steve. 2018-1 Navigation Map update went smooth as usual for my 2014 X5. Highly recommend the USB install method. Easy to get and return in self addresses stamped envelop. Couldn't be simpler.

I ordered 2018 map update to download. The file would not install, stating the install code was incorrect. E-mailed Bimmer America at midnight and got a new code at 5:00 a.m. the next morning. The install completed perfectly. Great response. Appreciated.

Very happy with the price and the results of my navigation update on my 2015 X5. I tried the even cheaper method of using your own flashdrive and downloading the NAV from some site, but the directions were long, intricate, insufficient, and caused me hours of difficulty - to save $25. Totally NOT worth it. I got a refund and found Bimmer America. Bimmer America was a breeze, and $225 cheaper than the dealership. I highly recommend! I will certainly use them again next time!
