They provided me with the BMW EVO 2020-2 map with installation instructions.

Worked great. It's a big 30gb download and failed on my end a few times. Eventually hooked up a cat 5 cable as wifi wasn't getting it. But the maps were perfect.

Maps came within advertised time. Download was simple and easy to install in my car. Excellent service and quality product.

Highly recommend ordering from Bimmer America. We needed to update the Nav system in our BMW. After getting extremely outrageous prices on 2019 maps, we found Bimmer America online. Ordering the USB was so easy. Tyler answered my questions by email before I ordered it. We received it, followed the instructions and in 45 minutes we had an updated 2020 map. It was so easy to return the USB. I will definitely purchase from Bimmer America again.

The product worked better than advertised. The update not only refreshed the roads in the maps it fixed a navigation problem. Before the update the BMW system would create routes that would take me way out of my way instead of the obvious most direct route regardless of the route preference settings. I now have faith in the route it tells me to take.

I ordered my map upgrade from Bimmer America, and what a service from Tyler. I got mu usb drive, and on first attempt, i could not get code recognized and email, per instructions given, and within a small window, got my new code and maps are now update.
Price was extremely god and service top notch.

I was tired of the old maps in having to decipher all the new roads... There are so many in Houston and from my hometown that I was a bit sceptical but absolutely every one was on the update! Thank you so much and I can honestly say, this is a top notch product at a very minimal price 👍

Got maps from Bimmer America, used a USB Memory stick to update maps and it worked great, exactly as described. I would recommend them for map updates for sure. Quick and easy.

Bought an updated map with FSC code and it worked fine, happy with the service and instructions - very easy too! Replied to my questions fast.

Using the USB Method, this could not have been easier. It took about the time that the instructions mentioned minus the time it took me to figure out the "Correct" USB Port (my 540 has several). I will do this more often now.

Finally got around to updating the navigation on my 2010 335i convertible. Outside of one "operator error" the install couldn't have gone any smoother. The time estimate to do so was 40 minutes and that's exactly what it took. If I'd known it was that easy I would have done it years ago!!
