Recently updated the navigation map on our BMW X1 with the assistance of Bimmer America LLC. The entire process was quick, seamless and everything worked as advertised. Would recommend.

I recently updated the navigation map for my 2013 BMW X5. Downloaded the files and followed the instructions. The update was easy to follow on the navigation system with no problems. Easy, fairly quick excellent prompts. Great service and follow up. I will continue to recommend and use.

The map upgrade was great came with instructions on how to install and quick shipment. I definitely recommend them for all your map install upgrades.

I ordered the 2019-2 Map update. This is my second purchase with Bimmer America. The map update arrived as described and the instructions and USB were easy to use and the maps updated in the described time frame. Dropping the USB into the preaddressed/stamped envelop was a nice and easy feature of this purchase. I look forward to ordering from them again.

Excellent product. Flashdrive loaded in no time. Just like the factory update at a fraction of the cost. Hasn't steered me wrong. Looking forward to next round of updates.

Ordered the download version for my 535 in the morning and got the link in the late afternoon. The files are big (4 gig apiece) so it takes awhile to download even with a fast connection. Then the files need to be unpacked and downloaded to a 64 gig thumb drive...after that it takes 45 minutes to load into car.
Works well if you do it right...make a mistake and it takes longer.
Very happy with the service and the product...if you are not fairly tech oriented consider having a thumb drive sent to you.
I do recommend this company.

Recently purchased 2019 map update for my BMW 528i. The flash drive was delivered promptly and the install went flawlessly. Not just that, I am now receiving periodic updates on a flash drive - the same promptness as the first time. Great job, Bimmer America!

I purchased the download version; the process took a little time but went exactly as described on the website and in the email I received.

I recently purchased the 2019 map updates for my 2013 BMW from Bimmer America LLC. I elected to receive the map on a thumb drive.
which I received within 2 days. The install worked flawlessly.
I returned the drive in a pre-paid mailer. Very pleased with the service provided.

Instructions were spot on as was the time to install. Great service, great product!!! Glad I went for the 3 updates!!!

This is my second time doing a map update on my 528i BMW F10 using Bimmer America USB stick. Install went perfect every time. Just mail the USB back in their return envelope and you are done, "love it".

I was nervous of getting the BMW maps from a source other than the dealership, but the dealership price was just insane. So browsing around I found about Bimmer America, decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. I opted for the download option, I got an email with clear instructions. Everything worked perfectly fine. I'm glad I bought the maps from Bimmer America.

I was most impressed by two things--how responsive Tyler was, both before ordering w/ my questions and troubleshooting during, even through the weekend. Unfortunately, a product was not compatible w/ my unique situation, but he promptly provided a refund. Do not hesitate to do business w/ Bimmer America!

Second time I've done a map update on my 2011 X5. This time I used their USB sticks and it was was fast (40 minutes) and easy...just plug in the next stick when prompted.
I've used other vendors for other vehicles and Bimmer America's product is far superior.

USB navigation map update arrived quickly, installed without a hitch in about 40 minutes, and was returned in the prepaid envelope the same day. Enjoying the improved routing afforded by having an updated map.
