I have ordered map updates from Bimmer America for my 2011 328xi a few times and each time I was able to load the update with little trouble - North America Premium 2022-2.
Received the download information and instructions within hours of the order being confirmed.
The upload to the car took exactly the amount of time that Tyler suggested.
Great service at a great price, glad these guys are around to support us.

Worked just fine. Map download took a while but it is over 20gigs! FSC code came within 12 hours.
Update was simple.

I have never updated my mapping this is the third company I tried. First was a scammer second was an online only download which did not work well in my area so refunded me. This company was straight forward provided a mailed stick with programming and return envelope along with instructions, Smooth as fast as expected just a couple days to get package. Loading was very easy and the new streets in our little Country community from 18 month ago were even on the updates.

Received an email in just under an hour after ordering with easy to follow instructions and all the tools required to update my 2014 Mini Cooper S maps. The maps were the original ones from 2014 so the update to the 2022 maps was a significant one.

I followed the instructions provided by Tyler and took the car for a drive. The update took about 45 minutes for my car and now my GPS doesn't show me offroading on newer roads.

I'm not really picky about having the latest and greatest, but will definitely upgrade again in a few years through Bimmer America.

Just ordered and updated to the new Premium 2021 maps for my 2011 X3. I got the download link and FSC code the morning after I ordered. Communication is great and the instructions in the email were very easy to follow. Download is about 22.5 GB. Copied to a USB drive and the upgrade took about an hour in the car. Great price and fast service. Helpful answers to questions.

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering on a Sunday. I still received the link to download and the authorization code same day. The update went flawlessly on my 2015 428i with the original maps. Thank you!!

Updated navigation maps on a 2012 X6 and 2014 750i xDrive. The entire process was extremely simple to perform. No time wasted at the dealership. The price of the USB drive was unbeatable. Do it yourself, order from Bimmer America. I was skeptical at first, but I don’t regret it. Only regret is that I let my skepticism lead me to order just one update instead of the annual update. It’s okay, I know what to do next time I order an update. I’m really enjoying, I’m learning new roads and streets I didn’t know existed.

I just updated the navigation system of my 2014 BMW 328d with the data 2021 I got on Bimmer's thumbstick, and happy to say everything went smoothly. No issues, and the map shows a few new streets. I am glad I went here instead of the BMW website. Saved about 30% of the factory cost.

After spending 10 days bouncing between BMW Assist and Genius I was not able to update the navigation maps on our X3.

Tyler at Bimmer was able to provide the codes and instructions that worked the first time. Thanks to Tyler!

This was so quick and easy! For a fraction of the price, I received a complete update on my X5's navigation system. The instructions were clear, and the process took less than 1.5 hours. Most of the time was taken by my computer trying to download the files that Tyler emailed to me right after I made the purchase. I would recommend their service 100%. I had zero issues with the navigation update.

Tyler was so awesome. He helped me format a 32GB thumb drive in FAT32 for the 2021 map update. It was perfect and installed in 40 minutes. Great value and support. I will definitely buy again

I chose Bimmer America for a maps upgrade on my 2017 F15 X5. Tyler answered all of my questions and guided me along the way...this was my first maps upgrade on an NBT Evo and Tyler was very patient with me. They are very knowledgeable and incredibly responsive over email (day or night)!

I just updated both my BMW’s with Bimmer America. There are a lot of look-alike’s out there, but this is the real-deal. Both purchases were confirmed quickly and downloads and loading instructions were easy to follow and worked like a charm. Tyler was very friendly and helpful along the way.

Fantastic service and this is the 5th time I've used them. Definetly the place to go to for updated map info on your bmw map updates. I've bookmarked their website so I can find them and order from them with no problems. Their product is just to easy to use!!!
