The splitter works very well. My only complaint, and it is my ONLY complaint, is that the piece that pushes the log toward the splitting edge stops too soon. The rounds I’m splitting are about 8 inches long so I have to turn them around and split the other end. It works more efficiently if the rounds are at least a foot long.

It's good price and 173cc is enough power(horsepower) to replace a Toro Briggs and Stratton small engine 163. The only hard is find the blade adapter with pulley. Good engine, not to much noise. I receive my new engine extremely fast. But a like and recommended.
