Have not seen the product, tracking shows UPS never recieved it, starting to believe it is a SCAM...

Packaging was secure. All the pieces were included for assembly. There was some inconsequential damage to sheet metal which I corrected myself. Engine started first time with recoil starter and 120V auxiliary electric starter. Good experience and good pricing by vendor!

Received my log splitter in much less time than expected. Easy purchase on web site. I would have liked to have received tracking on this item. However, would recommend others to buy from your store.

I bought on a whim. Get wood downed trees and big branches on occasion in my yard. This splits nice and easy so far. Better then a maul and ax for me. Splits 14 inch long circumference 8 inch and 18 inch max length 6 inch circumference it says. Have done wider with no issues on frozen maple. So far so good only used few hours so far but I like it.

As a responsible adult and mechanical.... I would like to be able to operate the the splitter with one hand instead of two as is necessary.

After recieving my electric 6.5 ton log splitter w/stand I opened the box and noticed it didn't have the wheels and bolts for the stand.
I emailed Bilthard and they reimbursed me for the missing accessories. I got a link where to get the wheels and went to the local hardware store to get the bolts.
Now I am using my new log splitter.

Well built and solid. Split many logs of various sizes and it cut them all.
