Very prompt shipping & exceeds my expectations
Very prompt shipping! Great value in my opinion. Exceeds my expectations as far as splitting capability. I’ve done some nasty yellow birch and beech. Truly impressive for its size. I seldom write reviews but this exceeded my expectation.

Awful costumer service and a scam
This is awful. The product did not mention a minimum size log requirement. As soon as I got it and discovered it couldn't do what I needed I asked about returning. When they finally replied they offered 40% off, I said no I can't use it. Then they offered 50% off again I said no. I've now recieved no reply. I again wrote them. I cant pick it up and now after sitting in tge drive for over a week it has rained. This would not have happened had they just gave me information to return it!!

This splitter did better than my expectations. Of course there is always room for improvement, such as the riser frame. Mask the bolt holes before painting. I had to chase the threads in all mounting holes.
Wheels could have been a larger diameter to facilitate overland movement. These are just wishes i suppose.

Damaged upon arrival
Damaged upon arrival. Replacement part sent. Still damaged. Followed all instructions over and over. Ran for 10mins then nothing. Followed all instructions. Cheaply built. Little to no service. Buy elsewhere.

Handy well-made cart
The Bilthard cart is well-made and so handy. We just ordered a second cart to hold children's lunches while they visit our museum on field trips. Our order was processed and delivered quickly, and it's quite easy to assemble.
