The log splitter arrived in a box that had been severely damaged. All of the inside packaging was broken into small pieces. The unit, legs, bolt packages, etc. were floating around in the box. The legs were bent, the unit was dirty.

I contacted customer support. They would have sent me a new unit, but they were out of the model that was on a stand, so they refunded me my money.

I purchased a cement mixer. It looks to be well built, and the price direct from bilthard was fantastic. I had some questions, and one small part needed replacement. I contacted Bilthard's customer service, and they responded right away, and they were truly helpful. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

After I placed my order I decided I probably could have used the larger cart. There was no way to cancel the order and then order the size up so I called your customer assistance line several times. No one returned my call. I'm going to keep the smaller one even though I could have used the larger capacity. Will chalk this one up to realizing once you place the order there's no turning back, ugh.

Other than one of the wheels being broke when it was sent to me, it's a very sturdy strong little splitter that doesn't a great job. Just hope it lasts. Zero complaints so far with its abilities.

Good product - seems to be well designed, quality in the make, and delivered timely. Special kudos to whoever came up with idea to parts into "blister pack" that you open with the step you are on - excellent idea that keeps parts from being confused! My only disappointment was that the no-flat wheels are plastic and not rubber. This will tend to make deeper ruts in softer soil. But that isn't enough to take you down a star. Good work!

After exhausting my efforts to compare big box options to online, I found this purchase to be priced the best and have free shipping from the company directly? Unbelievable! The order arrive early and the box was in perfect condition. All the parts we accounted for. I was splitting wood within the hour it was received. Also, nice surprise, the unit was full of oil so I could start immediately! The machine runs great. No problem powering through large size cuts. I’m very happy with the quality and power of the machine.

I had problems with the machine and tried to discuss via phone. Left my phone number on recorded message several times and only received emails. The communication is missing from your company and I have lost interest in having a machine without communication from the company.

The product received was as described. The assembly process took an hour due to special tool required. Not used yet. However, did notice a little wobble or unevenness due to four wheels don't touch the floor simultaneously. Should not be an issue when loaded and pulled around garden.
