Excellent polite helpfull took all the pressure away trying to get the best deal saved us money.

Amelia at Billbuddy helped me when I needed to switch to which I was very grateful. I’ve used Billbuddy before and found the experience very seamless in that they did all the work for me.
This time I was a little anxious, as I’m sure everyone is with the prices going up. They gave me a great deal of £190 compared to who I am with who were putting my bill up to £200 a month more than I was paying with a fixed deal.
However, I found when I was about to switch that the new deal had gone up to £299 so £109 more than Billbuddy told me. So they didn’t help me this time.
Not good we are getting these price hikes, so unfortunately it went wrong. So I’ve stuck with my present provider with a variable deal which worked out at £100 more than I’m now paying but still less than the extra £64 I would have had to pay.

I've been trying to contact BillBuddy as my Eon contract is about to expire - but no reply???

I was just phoning as had an email requesting me to contract them as everyone knows we are now entering the period of very large energy bills and how to get the best deal for me etc - as i had my fixed price deal up to Sept 2023 a i was ok for now

Received an email which asked me to contact them. Spoke to a very pleasant young lady & discussed not only the energy supply agreement that was set up by them but possibility of alternative telephone contracts. There was no pressure which I was more than pleased about. Now that is how to handle customers!
