Totally impressed with level of service...without any prompting! Saved a lot of money on joining initially, and now on my second compulsory change due to liquidation of power companies I have regular emails explaining everything and assuring me that they are on the case and monitoring everything! What more is there to say? 10 out of 10 from me 👍

Well, I ended up learning I was not talking to one of the providers but learnt quite a lot of useful things. I even found out I could win some money and got some small amount to add to who knows what.
Amelia was patient with me and as I said I know now a bit more within this total mess I got into having spent before deciding to join PfP quite some time. I was recently thinking I should've stayed with Avro, that would save time and energy doing another round again. I learnt they are gone too. Well perhaps the British Gas turns to be the best after all, but I have no idea as I didn't manage to get from you the best option to start with. I now know what I didn't - I have to wait till all gets going and learn whether the tariff (and cost) are going to stay or not, then I may come back to you to ask for more.
It was amazing how much time we spent together with Amelia as she didn't know all about my case and I didn't know I was talking to another advisor.
I did get many links to useful targets I can approach. I did send an e-mail to the British gas, as their request to change the password when I hadn't any with them still is a puzzle.

These are crazy times with energy prices. I had heard a little but Billbudy, who I only joined in the last 6 months or so have been amazing in providing information and advice. No panic, just a couple of Emails telling me what's happening. They told me my new provider before my new provider contacted me. They obviously have their finger on the pulse. Thing is, Bill buddy only earn when I choose to go to a new supplier on their recommendation. They are not profiting from this. I respect them very much.

The original advise to change to octopus didn't clearly state that they were part of the warm home system this delay caused that offer to not be available later
When originally joined with yourselves that was clearly stated that it was required

Second switch done with Bill Buddy. Contacted me just before energy providers and price hikes were all over news with new provider and deal. Also quick to answer any emails. Would definitely recommend
