The system is not effective, a lot of mistake, they are very slow and they are not responsible at all.

Poor communication
Delayed switching aggravated by EnergyLinx’s poor communication. Have no idea what is happening with my switch a month later.
Would like to give no stars
Would like to give no stars. Nearly two months, no communication, just awful, full of promises and no action. Customer service an absolute joke.

The only switching comparison website whose list of alternatives for me will all charge more! Includes fixed-only, direct-debit only deals. Except in my case they're bad deals.
No sweat
Selected the energy supplier from the list put in my details and got confirmation email that everything is in hand. Looks good so far, very easy and straightforward.

Dreadful
Dreadful.
Filled in all the details online with Gocompare. Then got email from Energylinx asking for my MPAN number (which I had supplied online). Submitted 3 times (had automated message saying email was being dealt with). Then heard no more. Called them several days later (got through after 5 attempts). Told me they had not received the emails (despite the automated replies which prove they had!) and that my deal had expired. This happened twice with switches to both Scottish Power and Eon. The support operator Lydia didn't seem to care and offered no solution or apology.
Not careful enough
Energylinx gave us incorrect information at the time of switching and then 'lost' our personal data. Really disappointed with this service, and this disappointment is compounded by the fact that we were directed to Energylinx by 'Which' magazine!

You cancelled my account with Scottish Power without seeking my permission .at no time did I ever ask you to move my electricity or gas .this was all done using someone else's name. I was without power all day today .how can you do this without the bill payers permission ???

Useless service.
Useless service.
They don't pick up the phone or respond to emails.
They never did my switch request which was otherwise confirmed a month ago. That means I'm now stuck with an expensive tarif that I thought was gonna switch over.
Will absolutely never use again

Switching service that doesn't switch
Took multiple attempts to get sorted for a quote. Then three weeks later I get an email saying they have an error in their system and have had to cancel my switch, oh and they can't do a new one for me.

Courteous, informative service. Very efficient. Call handler was keen to make sure I was happy with what was recommended. No 'over-pressured' sale, but all the information I wanted.

Trouble free process. Found me a cheaper deal than my existing one which was due to increase next month. Highly recommended.

The Energylinx website is excellent.
The Energylinx website is very easy to use and the comparisons used are very transparent and easy to comprehend. The transfer process is very easy too. I've used Energylinx twice now when transferring between energy providers and I will be using them again when I wish to switch in the future.
