You guys sent me the wrong watch then the rep named mateo tried to debate with me. Wt f is this guy talking about? I left specifics so I don't understand the malfunction. Do better!!

The first watch I ordered from Bezali was lost in transportation so they cancelled the order. The second order went fine and although a few days late in delivery we finally received it. The price is great and the watch is beautiful.

After receiving the confirmation email & noting I actually did not receive my watch I went into panick mode. However, after contacting support my issue was attended to promptly. Although I did not receive my purchase on the date expected I did receive it sooner than later.

I bought two watches on two separate occasions over the course of a month or so. Both never arrived and turned out to be out of stock. Customer Service couldn't be nicer, just no success actually receiving a watch that I paid for. I received full refunds for both.

I did not receive the watch I ordered I got one with a blue face not purple and I don’t like how small it is I thought it was more like a divers watch size. I’d like to exchange

Seemed like a fake/sketchy website at first. Got an incredibly good deal on a Bulova, and I mean 60% off by that. It came, its legit, next time I catch something like that Im not hesitating

Found a Tag Heuer model I used to own and lost. Really wanted to replace it with a new one and Bezali had one. Super nervous buying from Bezali online for a 2,000 dollar watch but their reviews and emails with the company convinced me to do it. They also said they had a 30 day guarantee so I ordered and had it checked out. It’s completely authentic and I’m am super happy to have the exact watch I wanted. Thank you Bezali
