The watch arrived with a dead battery.
Thus defeats the point of buying on line if I have to find a place to replace battery .
So the expense of remove links and a new battery ran the cost of watch up.

The watch is very pretty. However, one strap broke off and the watch is not working. I have to send it back.

While Bezali was courteous and responsive to every email, there was a bit of disconnect in me feeling confident my message was understood. In fairness they refunded my purchase in full. I would recommend double checking the item descriptions along with what to expect with return/exchange policies.

Order came very quick packaged nice as well

The supposedly new watch they sent was missing a spring bar, had a loose case back, and a loose hand from one of the subdials. I’m eagerly awaiting their recovery response.

Very nice jewelry, however, two watches had no manual with it.

Delivery was on time, watch was beautiful and as it was a gift the recipient was extremely happy. Great quality and authentic.

On time delivery and cheaper than any online retailer

From ordering to arrival everything was great communication from the seller when my package was coming was great.

FRAUD! Don’t buy from them I got a bottle of Britney Spears fantasy perfume and started tracking my item, a couple days later they sent me an email that said “delivery failed please contact carrier” I kept trying to call them and send them emails but they would always hang up and not reply back! I called USPS to check what happened to the item they said a label was created and they can see it on the computer but the shipper didn’t ship any item so there is only a label with no item in the facility and they told me they can’t do anything about it and that I had to contact bezali to either ship the item or send it back and request a refund. I sent them an email threatening to sue them and that I will post on all my social media platforms about what they did to me, since they didn’t bother to answer my calls or emails then they sent me an email that my item is suddenly being shipped to USPS and I’m supposed to receive it tomorrow. Let’s hope the item isn’t fake but i don’t have my hopes up even if I will end up receiving it.. never again worst experience! Fraud and liars and the worst company ever I’m going to write this review on every website or platform related to them!!

Delivery on time

THE RADO BOX WAS IN A NOT SO NICE CONDITION. I

February 25, 2024 was the estimated date of delivery. It is delayed somewhere unknown to me. I will be away for three weeks without the purchased item. Hopefully, the parcel will be in the mailbox when I return.

The Gucci Watch deployment clasp do not work. The watch is defective!! I tried to contact customer service and still have not received a response from their customer service to get the watch replaced!! I am still waiting for a response so I can have the watch replaced!!

I purchased a "Gucci" watch from Bezali.com. Almost immediately, the strap broke. Rather than sending it back to Bezali we took it to the Gucci store for repairs. Gucci informed us that the watch is a counterfeit.

I contacted customer support. There was no apology for my experience. The person I spoke with told me to email a different address.

So far this is the worst purchasing experience I have ever had.

Bezali offered a $1500 new watch for sale on their website, saying “in stock – ships next day.” They never had the watch, they did everything to convince the customer that it was about to be shipped, they promised not to bill the credit card until they shipped, and they billed the card and continued to pretend they were about to ship. This is interstate fraud. The company is not legitimate. I have a complete file and absolute proof of their fraud, and I have filed complaints with the NY and KS attorney generals’ offices, the Federal Trade Commission, and the NYC DCWP. Do not attempt to do business with Bezali or Bezali.com.
