Sold me a fake Tag. Broke after a couple weeks and get the runaround when emailing support. Too late for any recourse? May have to charge this one to the game. Wish i had read reviews before purchasing, hard lesson. Now I have to get a replacement grad gift. I hate scammers.

They do not sell authentic Tag Heuer Aquaracers. The serial number on the watch belongs to a totally different watch. The luminous is not as sensitive as genuine. They don’t provide a certificate of authenticity. They will try to make you believe they’re a loyal company and they’re providing a real genuine watch, with their copy and paste templates they email you. After I called them out, they were quiet about a refund, so eBay had to step in and process a refund. The seller didn't want to approve my review either. These Tag Heuer are completely non genuine.

Ordered a Tag Hauer watch. It is a 2 year old model. It arrived and FAKE! Unless you ownTag watches you might never know- it was a good fake but many things were wrong even the serial number and packaging. It was 40% off and I got suckered. STAY AWAY STAY ASWAY STAY AWAYTHIS DEALER IS A SCAMMER!!!!!

Received my beautiful Tag watch which my dad gave me as a bday present. Authentic with all the papers and warranty. Highly Recommend this store!

I bought a tag heuer formula 1 from bezali and like most people I looked at bezali and made sure they were legitimate so I am now in the process of sending back a counterfeit watch I noticed that their was no international warranty card but there was a bezali warranty card then I took the watch to be fitted on my wrist that’s when I found out it was fake buyer beware

Ordered my favorite watch and it arrived on time. It was brand new with no scratches. Customer service also responds to my inquiries in a timely manner. Happy to found this new watch store. Satisfied customer and highly recommended.

I purchased a watch in this store. I was hesitant at first because many are selling fake watches online. But I was too eager to buy. Ordered a Tag Heuer watch and received it after a week. I was satisfied and happy as well because it was not fake. It came brand new, complete paper and documents and with a warranty card. I never regret spending my money at all. I will definitely buy it again for my husband's watch as a gift. Customer service is amazing too, they responded to my concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.

FAKE? DEFINITELY NOT NEW...

The watch I ordered was advertised as new. I got a watch that is obviously used. I ordered a similar watch from another website and I noticed the back of the watch as very different...The one from the Bezali is missing a lot of markings on the back. The Bezali watch is also curiously lighter than the one I got from another website.

This is going back. I guess the reviews were right, lots of fakes in this website.

I researched online for months about purchasing a higher end watch as I always loved my Dad's. He treated himself in the Azores when he was coming home from Vietnam to a Rolex... my little sister broke it when we were kids and I had it fixed 5 years ago for Christmas for him. He told me gentleman are judged by their ediuqite, grammar, and the watch they wear. I thought I got an amazing deal from this company, but I'm questioning their integrity at this point. I researched which watch case/bracelet combo in my choice for a timepiece, The following order I placed and paid for was one Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch -CAZ1010/BA0843. That's a black face/dials/bezel/ stainless steel outer bracelet with a black ceramic links in the center. I received the proper case but I was rather annoyed when i opened the box to the BA0842 bracelet, which is all stainless links. I've decided to just keep it rather than send it back for more potential mishaps. I have given this 2 stars because the price i paid was on the lower end compared to other sites for this model they accidently sent me. I hope this was a one off mistake rather than their business practice, I'll be emailing and calling their business so this doesn't happen to other people. I'll keep you posted on the updates.

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever experienced with an online order. Was waiting for the item to ship for 2 weeks, and couldn’t get a hold of a representative over the phone (always went to voicemail). Was told via email that it would be another 2 weeks before my item would even ship. 4 weeks to ship after I ordered it? Sorry but that’s unacceptable. You are better off ordering from a more legitimate online watch retailer and taking your business elsewhere.

I bought a Citizen EcoDrive for $340 (AT4127-52H). Before buying I check the review on their site which was directed to ShopperApproved. ShopperApproved listed and still lists a super high rating and so I blindly trusted it. I should have checked google review which does have bad reviews (good reviews are probably from friends employees.

Anyhow, the watch came in a citizen enclosure with no box, no warranty card, no user manual, no protective stickers, no price tag, bracelet removed and clasp installed backwards, scratches on bracelet, scratches on clasp, and USED!!!! There were scratches on the pin holes where the bracelet can be adjusted.

Fraud cheating Bezali advertised it as a new, charged me $340USD, and sent me a USED one. This is not the first time. At least one other customer experienced the same thing, at least one other customer received fake watch, at least one other customer received damaged watch, returned the watch, and never got refund! These are all on Google review (you will see my review there too).

Ordered a Baume & Mercier and it arrived right away with authentication certificates warranty card.
Great cusotmer service - They were very helpful in choosing the right model. Would definitely recommend! I'll be back for more watches!

I placed an order of a Tag, paid all the money and got the order confirmation. However, after a day, I found no shipping update so I called them asked about order and guess what! Bezali didn't have that watch and they didn't inform me anything about it. They told me some story and offered me some watches which I didn't like, luckily I got the refund but it was very annoying to me and very unprofessional from their part. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BEZALI.COM.

excellent! I recently lost a watch that was very dear to me, and Bezali was the only place that had the exact same watch in stock - at a price much lower than what I paid for the original. the shipment arrived within a week, so I wasn't without a watch for long! Thanks Bezali!

I found Bezali by search for a specific model of watch. Their price was the lowest. The watch, in original box, etc, arrived less than 4 days after the order was placed.

Recommended!! My Tag heuer Watch was brand new in original box with Tag heuer warranty. Also good price. Overall great experience.
