I received my order promptly and it was easy ordering online. As the mascara is an 'old model', it is not easy to find in stores, so ordering online was perfect.

It was terrible! They made me pay for an item twice because of their screw up!!

Sent me the wrong watch - it was not as pictured. I specifically bought the watch for the blue leather band. When I told customer service this and sent them a picture, they told me it was the other band included in the box - which was absolutely incorrect. Still awaiting word on how they are going to resolve this.

I ordered two Gucci watches as gifts to be taken overseas for my children, but only received one along with an email indicating to verify and provide proof of how many watches I have received. I video taped the package that I received prior to opening and there was only one of the watches that I had paid for in the package. I received another email telling me that the company is out of that item and offered to refund my money back which was very disappointing because I had promised my son and daughter those watches. Normally it would have been ok but I am traveling from U.S. to overseas and I was told that maybe within 2 to 4 more weeks maybe there would be another watch like the one that I had originally ordered available to be sent, but not guaranteed. I have to go on my trip as planned because I have paid a lot for my plane ticket and can’t delay or cancel my trip. My son was extremely disappointed 😢. The company should not have taken my order and weeks later inform me of shortage of supplies. Your company should have informed me at the time of ordering that the item is sold out or out of stock. Very very disappointing experience.

Although communication could have been better, the watch was exactly what we ordered and at a great price. When you call, they are pleasant to talk to and shipping could not have been faster. Thank you so much for the watch and maybe we can do business again in the future.

you all suck i orderd perfume paid for 3 5 days delivery, after five day you still didnt send the perfume. you suck big balls. suckers.

When I purchased the listed said the watches in stock. Then, I was told it was not and had to wait two weeks to source it then ship. No labels with the watch so I'm concerned about authenticity.

The watch looks nothing like the picture and now if I return it I have to pay over $150 restocking free when the watch never came out of the box. You’re company practices deceptive advertising and then you’re stealing from me when I don’t get a complete refund. I would have never bought this watch from your company if I knew this was going to be the process.

Order of Gucci watch and make up did not arrive - waited for delivery that got pushed another day only to arrive missing. There’s no number to contact directly except for email.
