I ordered a made to measure mural. The process was very easy to take the measurements, I received a mock of what I ordered to approve and even though I ordered over the Christmas period it came in less than 2 weeks. The quality of the mural is exceptional and it was super easy to fit. Fantastic experience and will definitely buy again

Very good communication from the company re my order. The quality of the art work is excellent and the colours true to the website. Absolutely beautiful wallpaper and I will certainly be buying more when I move on to decorate another room.
Delivered wrong colour item and refused to admit this in their response!
I am going to get hold of the actual furniture brand [Kartell] to emphasis to Beut they sent me the wrong colour to what was offered on their website!
Be careful about what you order! I am going to purchase directly from the maker in the future even if it does cost a little more for shipping to avoid this disorganised middle-man route to market. Sorry!

So pleased with the light and thank you beut for supplying. Wasn’t able to buy from the manufacturer as they don’t ship to the uk so found it at beut for a good price. Delivered in perfect condition. Happy customer 😊
Order of 2 Kartell Barchairs processed & arrived quickly, very safely wrapped and a delight to use at our new breakfast bar.
Arrived on time and as described. Was hesitant in spending £300+ on material without being able to sample quality in advance however it arrived of excellent quality and weight. Can't wait to use it on my project
Half my order arrived on time but the other didn’t. I contacted and was told other half on the way. Nothing arrived and when I emailed they said out of stock but nobody had contacted me or refunded me? They sent the replacement next day delivery but I was a bit miffed.

Order was completed quickly however I was a bit disappointed to realised that some items were on back order!
Placed order on 18/10/2022. Received all but the one stool/table on 27/10/2022. Sent an email saying that I have not received this item. A employee then sends email saying it will be another 4-6 weeks. I hear absolutely nothing from Beut. I send email on 24/11/2022 asking about my item as I have had no response & this time the employee says that the item will still arrive on 23/01/2023 and wants to know if I wish to wait of want my money back. This is an absolute insult, cheek & unprofessional to do this after 7 weeks of placing order.
I then ordered some stools which were meant to be delivered today but when I go into Tracking it says they have my order but not my parcel Absolute joke. How can people like this still be in business??
Bought an amazing wall mural that at first I thought wouldn’t be suitable for my wall as there’s a fireplace in the centre which would obscure the main image.
I emailed beut asking if there’s anyway around this as I really liked the mural & yes beut was able to modify & rearranged the mural which is now hanging on my dining room wall & it looks incredible!
Nothing was to much trouble and there communication was very good.
Delivery did take a while but they said then before I confirmed the order. And it was worth the wait
Wrong delivery dates given twice!
I ordered six Kartell chairs in white and black so had part delivery of white first, followed by black two weeks later. On both occasions the delivery date Beut gave me was wrong and waited in all day, rang Beut to be told they hadn’t left the Warehouse!
The same happened the next time, but nobody appeared to answer the Customer Service line at Beut or my email, so another day wasted!
However, pleased with the product, but the Warehouse to delivery needs looking at, as the information provided by Beut/DPD seems to be wrong and nobody tells you.
I ordered a circa £300 chair and a £90 cushion that comes with the chair through Beut as they appeared to offer the quickest delivery. The chair arrived without the cushion! I complained and the cushion was 'reordered' it took weeks and weeks to arrive, the chair was unusable during that time. I asked for some compensation, and they gave me a £30 voucher which I thought was laughable given the money I had spent.
I ordered four chairs total cost of over £2000 in September, website said 8 weeks delivery, they've arrived in 10 or 11. These days I think this counts as average but website is still claiming 8 weeks and should be updated. Really ordering assembled furniture of this value it should be delivered by a furniture delivery specialist not by DPD. The quantity of packaging required for delivery by a parcel courier is ludicrous. Only two have arrived so far (too big to fit all four in his van) and have nearly filled my large hallway with packaging. Fighting through all of this, I have managed to open one box up and see that the legs of the chair are the wrong finish - not as described at time of purchase (or on the website currently). Customer service line is ringing out with no answer. Should I accept the other two or send them straight back? Who knows... Will I have correct chairs in time for Christmas guests? I think we all know the answer to this. Can't recommend this company.
Edit - I managed to get someone from customer service to call me and the solution proposed was sensible - essentially i will keep these chairs until they are able to correct the issue and have been offered a goodwill voucher. Assuming they are able to correct them, this is a very helpful response and they were very apologetic. I still think they should have been delivered by a furniture specialist. It took around an hour to unpack these chairs and it will be a car load to the dump to get rid of the cardboard lying around the warehouse that was used to keep the chairs secure in oversized boxes...
I have no idea what the product I have paid for is like because I have never received.
Ordering from this company just isn't worth the hassel, they also use DPD Local who are just as bad.
Avoid.
