Wouldn't buy again.
So I ordered 2 items on the 9th, only 1 was dispatched on Monday, there was no reason provided so I contacted them and they said the other item was out of stock till the end of December and asked if I was happy to wait. I replied I wasn't and that I wanted a refund, they took 2 days to reply offering to send me a different product even though I had made it clear I wanted a refund. The other item also arrived and was a different dimension to the description on the webpage which makes it useless to me and they gave me some bogus explanation as to why. Then to try to resolve the issue they offered to send me a free item, I thought fair enough, but then the new item arrived and that also didn't match its stated dimensions so also useless to me, wasting more of my time in the process.

For the feedback you mentioned, we will make the following explanation:
1. It is our negligence not to inform you of the status of the goods promptly. Our system is improving.
Usually, if your order does not ship within 48 hours (except the weekend), it means that your order has out-of-stock products.
Regarding out-of-stock products, we will suggest that you find a replacement for exchange first. If you do not agree, we will issue a refund to you.
2. Regarding the description issue, each product size is manually measured by us. Due to different measurement methods or tools, there may be certain errors in the data on the product page.
So we will take the sample to remeasure it again. If it is our mistake, we will revise the size information.
3. Finally, the two items you received are all new. And they do not have any quality and function issues.
We can't recycle it for health and hygiene reasons when the product is opened, even if it only opens the box.
