As a OF model this is the best toy company I worked with!

This thing was freaking insane
This thing was freaking insane. One of the most fun toys I have used. I wasn't sure about it the first time I got it but when I used it it blew my mind. Suprised it didn't come with any lube. Waiting for item
Hi I waited for a item a few days so I email them they let me know It was pending still and they said the item was delay because of reasons. But I got my item in the same week and give me a tracking number so could track it they got bk to me quick over the email I sent them as I was getting worried that it was stuck on pending still for a few days but it got delivered when I email them as soon as. Which was good and there customers service was great and very professional and understanding where as I was worried that the item would never come but they assure me it was and put my mind at ease. The only thing that was worried me was that pending sigh but apart from that I got the item within the same week and customer service was great. 😊👍

Relevant Information.
I placed an order for one of their products on 14/05/24, after a week of waiting nothing had arrived so I started to think that it was a scam.
I cancelled the order after trying to find out the status of the order, their live chat service is useless for trying to get relevant information as it is a bot.
I then get an email letting me know my order was suspended plus some extra information saying that they had an unexpected fire at their warehouse, now this is a major red flag for me.
They offered to ship the product when it was back in stock but due to the fire I was not taking the chance because if the fire was started by a defective product I am taking zero chances.
I asked for a full refund and they refunded me in full that's the only good thing I can say.

I was wary at first, but I had no need to be. Customer service was amazing, responsive and respectful.
