Does not work.
After seeing reviews about Profoam, I decided to order some. My oven wasnt' that bad but thought that as an elderly person, it may make my life easier to clean the oven. This product is absolute rubbish. I did exactly what the instructions said and even after 2 applications, my oven still needs a clean. I then resorted to Mr Muscle and I now have a clean oven. Money wasted!

Excellent responses
My first order with this company took a long time to ....never arrive! I emailed them and the response was fast, they looked at the tracking, realised it was lost and immediately sent a replacement order which arrived in two days. What's not to like about that? I prefer to support companies that are small and friendly.

Avoid False Advertising - Items look nothing like advertised
I ordered a few items on 11th September I received the items today 25th. They insist on using Evri as a courier in my experience one of the worst courier companies. I've had several orders vanish and dread it when I see companies have shipped using them. The first order said despatched to courier then the order didn't ever get received by Evri and nothing happened for days so effectively lost. I tried calling Bestideas help number around 10 times no-one ever answered the phone to query what was happening with the order. I had no option but to email them instead eventually I received a response stating they were assuming first order lost and that they would send out a replacement which was fine.
Then today I received the order
1st item -Feline Funfly Door Dangler Cat Toy - 4 for the price of 3.
On the website it shows quite clearly 4 toys and they show the item as £14.99 and on offer at £7.99 well it looks like something from the pound shop and that's being generous.
I also only ever received the "bee" part so looks nothing like the website picture and where's the order 3 toys shown?
I also ordered some pro-formula Kitchen Hob & oven cleaner - this showed on the website that I would also receive the Profoam Oven cleaner free - this wasn't received so again nothing like what they have advertised.
I've sent an email complaint - will see if or when I receive a response
Feel like I've been well and truly ripped off!
Thanks for your reply I added it to my basket and you have seen the screenshot where it showed free pro-foam how your website has dealt with it is not my problem and then had the ordacity to insinuate I was a liar in one of your responses even though I had sent the screenshot showing the profoam as free.
Your offer of 15% off next order is just an insult why would I ever want to order anything else.
PayPal disputed everything I purchased nothing like what has been advertised.
Also why would I go to the hassle of returning the items at my cost when it's all been caused by your company!

Best customer service ever.... and great products
I ordered 6 Lint Removers having used them before. I was sent 6 but they were the updated style which I was not keen on. I contacted BestIdeas and without any hesitation they offered to send me the older design rollers. It was so refreshing to deal with people who understood and didn't put up any barriers. As a chef for over 40 years have cleaned my share of ovens profoam obviously just my opinion waste of money grease didn't move at all really disappointed threw other 2 cans in the bin complete waste of money

There was a problem with my order & I received the wrong item. I contacted BestIdeas and they promptly replied and arranged for the missing item to be shipped at no extra charge. Mistakes happen, and they corrected it quickly & kept me updated. Great customer service in that respect.

Although I received the wrong order
Although I received the wrong order, the customer service was excellent which is why I have given them 5 stars. The company responded to my email very quickly, sent the correct item immediately and I received it within 2 days. They also kept in touch to make sure it had arrived. Quick delivery
Very impressed with the oven foam cleaner. Cleaned almost all really burnt on grease from my airfryer oven. Only suggestion is wear gloves when using.
