I ordered 3 pairs of gloves, small, medium and large. They were to arrive on Oct. 19. They didn’t arrive. I emailed the company. They said they arrived by post mail and gave a tracking number. The post office can’t track with that number. I emailed again. Their 17track company insists it was delivered. It was not. I want a refund. I sent a report to my credit card company as well.

The order never showed up. It says it was delivered to Phoenix Arizona. I live in Superior Wisconsin

Hats were too expensive for what was delivered. Product was average at a premium price . Shipping and tracking was mediocre at best... unimpressed

Had it a week and it got removed in a car wash.

Its a cool calendar, and my husband watches all those shows about bigfoot and thought it was a good Christmas present

I have received my order and like each one of them very well and like each color amazing looking.

It took so long to get here and to find out it is small compared to ad that I doubt I would ever recommend your site or buy from it again. The pattern is so small it will not look anything like the pic. And there is so little material I doubt it will cover it anyway. Bloody terrible

Shipping took forever and no tracking information available.

Warning — Bestemall Claims Delivery but Never Delivered My Order

“I ordered several women’s tops from Bestemall on September 18, 2026, after seeing an advertisement in social media and use their tracking number to track.

“Bestemall subsequently claimed that my order was delivered on October 5. However, I never received a delivery notice during the whole time while I kept checking and never received the merchandise.

“I checked my Ring security camera recordings and found no evidence of delivery during the period in question.

“I contacted Bestemall and provided my evidence. On October 16, the company responded by referring me to a tracking website that simply showed ‘Delivered’ without identifying the delivery company.

“Bestemall has not provided proof of delivery or arranged a replacement shipment.

“I am sharing my experience to warn other consumers to exercise caution before ordering from this website.”

We are very disappointed in this product. The advertisement states that it fits most sink drains. Not so!

We purchased three of the drain stoppers, and it does not fit any of our sinks. We'd like to return this product for a full refund.

Dear sir, I was very disappointed in the “maul-stick” that I ordered from you.
First of all…. all that I received was one small box with the two metal end pieces that fit on the ends of the stick. BUT maul stick itself was not even delivered. Did u send one? Did it get lost in the mail? The other thing was the diameter on the thin metal pieces I received are only a little over an inch wide, and professional artist such as myself uses canvases 1 1/2” to 2 inches way more often than any 1/2” canvass. These pieces will not even work for the larger 1 1/2+ gallery wrapped canvases. I’m glad your product was on a money back guarantee.
I would like my money refunded to my card please I appreciate doing this in this message.

Please return the 2995 to my card either the Discover ending in 1068, or for the Visa ending in 7465 whichever one you used to charge for this.

Priest contact me with a confirmation that the refund has been given or any other questions you might have. If I don’t hear back, I will have to file a dispute, which is gonna be a lot more trouble for both of us.

I ordered 3 shirt dresses and they are made 2 sizes too small and you can practically see thru them they are so thin. I tried to return but they said it’s very expensive to send back and the address on package is not the correct place to return. But didn’t give me other address. Offered me $7 off. No thanks. Please read reviews before you buy. The dresses are not as shown on line.

From the day I ordered your product to it arriving at my door was very prompt. I am very impressed. I have purchased your product as a Christmas Gift for my son and I am sure he will be equally impressed at the quality - sometimes you just know it is a good quality by the weight.

Have not received my order yet, would be nice to receive some updates for shipping and ETA. Maybe a tracking number

I like my wallet I ordered the one with a slot for my cash but received the wrong one otherwise I like the material and the layout but I love to get the one I ordered It would greatly appreciate if you could correct this issue
