If we could rate this a 0 star we would. They do not play fairly and are scammers!!! My husband bought a bottle shaped like a guitar and it showed it to be ten times bigger and packaged in an amazing really awesome box and it came to us as a teeny tiny plastic looking bottle that is the size of our hand and without the box it was supposed to be shipped in. It is a huge scam. After we confronted the company they gave my husband a $6 refund. I laughed. After messaging them over and over again they kept repeating themselves and never admitting to be the dishonest company they are. We are sick and tired of companies that don't care about their customers and this is the worst company by far. They are scammers. Do not buy from them. They misrepresent their items. Downright liars.

Brought an undersea / night sky lamp never arrived ! Scam be aware

Total Scam!
Ordered a crystal whiskey glass. CC was charged an addition $12 supposed tax. Tried to cancel they refunded the $12. After 1 month of changing and conflicting tracking reports, initially indicating tracking in Ireland. It all changed to CHINA. Never received the item. STAY AWAY....TOTAL FRAUD.

They are a Chinese company that sells overpriced knockoff products and lies about their origins. I bought a Jack Daniel's guitar bottle and they sent me a cheap broken copy. They even had the nerve to send me regular messages indicating the package’s location but they lied about the origin. In the messages, the package was said to be coming from Italy, but in reality, it was coming from China. I just needed to use PayPal’s tracking to see the real location because they lied to me but they couldn't lie to a big corporation.
PayPal also refunded my money immediately when I sent them proof of their deceit.

To be honest i thought I had been scammed as i haven't had much luck with online buys and it seemed to be in the US for quite sometime, however pleasantly surprised when it arrived this morning and excellent quality as advertised. Will be using you guys again, thanks.

I didn't get the box shown in the advertisement but otherwise the service was fine.

I was disappointed.
I ordered two glasses as gifts to the same person. The base on one was silver. The other was a white plastic. I can’t give them as gifts anymore.

I'm pleased with the process as a whole. I don't really have anything to complain about. I felt everything went smooth from start to finish. If I could request anything it would be more update once the package reach the US. Once the package reached the US I didn't receive Some students say their no more update, my package just showed up on my porch, but that's small potatoes. Over all I'm pleased.

Bottle came packaged securely and safe. Looked like what was represented to what I purchased.

Smooth process from ordering to delivery. Glasses are really nice quality. Ordered 1 for myself and 1 for each of my son's.
