I did read some bag reviews after I ordered this mascara, but I was pleasantly surprised. My order arrived promptly in good condition and is a good product.

I received products and they were not at all what was advertised. Contacted them through email for return/refund and have went back and forth for 2 weeks and after paying $60 for the 5 products the most they want to offer was $11 I still haven’t gotten a resolve they stopped responding to email.
Total scam! False advertising! They need to be shut down.

Just worked well, product, order and delivery

The item arrived quickly. It is as advertised. The brushless applicator does not cause clumps of product on the lashes. I recommend this mascara. The cost is quite low for the quality of the product.

I had all the typical doubts, but decided to try it. This product proved me wrong, it works as advertised..

My order came quickly. I’m pleased with the books, they are easy to read and demonstrate each movement clearly. I have just started to use them but feel I will be able to continue on a daily schedule.

I received my book quickly. The book is very helpful. I do think the price was a little high for what I received.

Awful company to deal with. They do not honor their return/refund policy. They will offer you a $2 refund and you keep the product. If you don’t accept they increase the refund by $2 each time, up to a $16 refund where they state they will lose their job if they go higher. I would not purchase anything from them.

Product arrived within good timeframe.
I ordered both booklets but was disappointed to find that, apart from the covers, both booklets were exactly the same. I felt this was misleading advertising.
However the books are clear and easy to understand, so it is great to have the ready reference on hand in one package.

I did not realise that it was a kit to make a purse.
That was not clear in the advertisement so I feel it was false advertizing. I was buying a present for an elderly friend.
I also thought it was a chain linked purse not a beaded one.

I'd say fat zero! They argued about a refund wouldn't give me one only partial for what I paid.beware of this rip off company.

While I love the idea of the glasses the experience letter me underwhelmed. It took an entire month for them to arrive. Now that I finally have them I can’t keep them on my head. They are very wide and will not stay behind my ears. It comes with no instructions but they do provide a support email. I will have to send a message to see if there is an easy way to get them better fitting so I can evaluate any vision improvement.

The projection is bright and vivid, but I thought the projection moved and was not static.

Cresomall is NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR. Ordered the Starry Ocean Projection Lamp- product is subpar, arrived with broken parts, & not as advertised. Despite their “90 day refund policy” if you are not 100% satisfied, all emails sent (3 different addresses) - have given an automated reply requesting me send pics of item. Pics sent only to receive the same email request for pics already sent. THIS IS SCAM !

I'm still disputing the charge for the supposedly Skin so Soft. This company is a complete rip off. Got 2 small bottles of Eelhoe oil. Nothing like the picture of the big Skin so Soft bottle!!! They refuse to send a return label and only offered a $6 refund!!! Do Not buy from this company unless you don't mind losing money and receiving a very POOR product!!! I have turned this matter over to my credit card company and I am waiting on an answer.
