Nous avons louer un véhicule du 02 septembre au 16 septembre 2025. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée après avoir pris leur navette à l'aéroport (point bien défini) à quelques minutes de l'aéroport. Le personnel fait l'effort de parler Français et une des personnes ayant séjourné en France le parle très bien. Pas de soucis de prise et retour du véhicule
Juste bien pensez à faire des photos (plus que moins) de l'état du véhicule car un défaut n'était pas stipulé sur l'état des lieux de départ.

L’équipe de Best deal est très sympathique et accueillante.Ils répondent vite aux mails.Nous avons loué une séant Ibiza 1 semaine, tout s’est très bien passé, je recommande Best deal ! Melissa Schwartz

Pas mieux que les autres - Voire pire.
Au vue des avis positif, j'avais réservé un petit modèle de voiture chez Best Deal pour 10 jours en juillet 2025 (pour environ 250 euros).
N'étant pas au fait des nouvelles du Portugal j'avais également pris l'option payante de dispositif pour le paiement d'autoroute.
Trouver le point de départ de la navette à l'aéroport n'est pas évident car il n’y a aucune indication en chemin et assez lointain si vous avez des bagages.
Nous avons trouvé le point de départ de la navette et avons attendu celle-ci avec d'autres voyageurs (un couple de personnes âgés et un groupe dont une personne visiblement malade).
La navette nous emmène chez Best Deal. Etant de nature polie et bienveillante, nous avons laissé passer en premier le couple de personnes âgés (qui a passé beaucoup de temps pour récupérer les clés de leur véhicule), puis laissé passer le groupe avec une personne malade. A notre tour, on nous demande d'ajouter une assurance pour 12,5 euros par jour ce que je refuse et donc une caution de 1500 euro est demandée sur la carte de crédit. Puis au moment de payer, un surplus de 35 euros est demandé au motif qu'il est 20h15.
Je signale que nous étions présents avant 20h00 et que nous avons laissé passer les personnes âgées et malade en premier.
Comme un marchand de tapis, le préposé me propose de ne payer que 25 euros. Je refuse tout net et demande à parler au patron.
Le prépose appelle son chef et finalement ne me fait pas payer de supplément.
J'ai par ailleurs appris à l'hôtel que l'autoroute de l'Algarve est désormais gratuite (pas besoin du dispositif que j’avais payé)
Si j'ai un conseil à donner c'est : Ne cherchez pas à vous embêter avec Best Deal, vous prendrez votre temps et on essaiera de vous arnaquer comme d'autre le font.
Cherchez plutôt un loueur sur l'aéroport.

Très bonne prise en charge. Tarif très concurrenciel. Autorisation de passage de frontière en Espagne Très facile. Rien à redire tout était parfait. A recommander

Very smooth process for getting and picking up the car, we got a quite new and fresh car with a size in line with what we expected. We had a bit of delay when returning the car but we got a good heads up in advance so that we could plan around it!

Petite entreprise de location de voitures honnêtes, accueil et personnel très sympathique et compétent, les prix sont compétitifs, pas de mauvaise surprise comme certains autres loueurs qui arnaquent les touristes comme ceux proposés par les hôtels du coins.

I have hired cars at home (UK) and abroad for over 4 decades now. I accept that technology has influenced the ease of the transaction in more recent times but last week I had the most pleasing car hire experience when collecting a hire car at Faro airport with Best Deal. Friendly and very quick. No hard sell for extra insurance as is usually the case in my experience or other scams to increase the premium.

For our holiday in the Algarve, with my wife, two kids and our nephews, we booked a Seat Arona (or similar). Pickup from the airport went flawless. Car turned out to be a brand new Skoda Kamiq (which is perfectly similar) and as added bonus was an automatic, while we booked manual.

I also had a small request which actually wasn’t really allowed by company rules, but because the man who helped us, Joao, said he saw us as “nice and friendly” people (his words! :) ) he trusted us and “it” was allowed.

Joao was very friendly overal. He explained everything well, and gave us a few recommendations in the area. He also advised us to walk around the car and inspect it, and take photos. This is something I always do when picking up rentals, but it was still kind of him to point out. We got the paperwork done and drove off. I must admit the 2000,- deposit was pretty steep, but reading the reviews I trusted it would go well.

During rental periods we had a few questions and the phone was answered immediately and the advice was helpful.

Drop off went exactly as easy as pickup, this time we were helped by Henrique. Inspection was quick, and we were dropped of at the airport again. When Joao spotted us he walked over to ask us how our holiday was, and if everything went okay with the rental car.

We had a great time and I can only recommend Best Deal wholeheartedly! Please avoid Sixt, Europcar and similar companies, read their reviews why!

A no fuss, no nonsense company that does a great job for a great price.

Easy pick up from the airport. A really solid Citroën C3 that was easy to drive.

Staff all good and some decent restaurant suggestions too.

Extended our booking twice without any problem.

A force de ne lire que des avis négatifs sur les locations de voiture à Faro, j’étais dubitative quand à louer une voiture en Algarve. Quand j’ai decouvert des avis positifs sur Best Deal, j’ai réservé une voiture via le site bsp-auto. En arrivant à l’aéroport de Faro à 22h, nous avons appelé l’agence Best Deal et dans les 5 minutes, la navette était là pour nous emmener à l’agence. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et la voiture correspondait parfaitement à la réservation que nous avions faite.
Au retour, tout s’est bien passé aussi. Je recommande cette agence.

Where to start - I will never use this company again.

We booked a car for three weeks and were provided with a Citroen C3 with over 96,000 km on the clock. The car had been well used and the engine had no power in it - had to drop down into first to go up any incline. The engine management system fault light came on as we picked up the car and stayed on throughout the duration of the hire.

Cleaned the car inside and out before it was returned. The man at the office inspected the car and claimed it was ‘excessively dirty’ - he claimed a few grains of sand down the side of the driver’s seat amounted to ‘excessive dirt’. I disagreed and he refused to explain why this amounted to the car being ‘excessively dirty’. I also complained about the poor condition of the car and why we were provided a vehicle that had a fault. His response ‘What do you care, you’re not buying it are you.’ Unbelievably rude and unapologetic. I refused to pay the cleaning charge of 30 euros and he said he would call the police and refused to drop me back at the airport. Before walking back to the airport I took a video of the inside of the car.

I was left to walk along the busy dual carriage way back to the airport. As I got to the roundabout at the airport, the man from Best Car had driven to the roundabout and reported me to the police. The police stopped me, interrogated me and made me delete the video. They then eventually let me go.

I have been holidaying in Portugal ever year for more than 20 years and always had a hire vehicle. I have never had any issues with any other hire company. This was the first time I had used Best Car, and as I said at the beginning, I will never use them again.

They are a very shoddy outfit. The vehicle we were provided with was in very poor condition and their customer service was truly shocking. Their headline prices might appear reasonable but they are intent on racking up the price through hidden and arbitrary charges.
