Really pleased with our experience with Best Deal in Faro. After having a really bad experience with another car hire company, Klass Wagen, last year, we were quite worried about hiring a car again this year. Thankfully, we didn’t need to be. Best Deal were great, and the staff were friendly, helpful and made the whole process straightforward.

We were told we would receive a Peugeot 208, and that is exactly what we got. The car was lovely and clean. It had a couple of small scratches, but nothing that made it look shabby, and overall it was in really good condition.

For collection, Best Deal are located at Car Park 4. They are not based in the fixed, sheltered car hire area. Instead, head to the white flag in the car park, where there are a few other car hire companies, and wait there for the Best Deal shuttle bus to arrive.

Returning the car was really quick and easy, and there was no wait for the shuttle back to the airport.

Overall, excellent value for money, great customer service and a good, clean car. After our experience last year, it was such a relief to have everything go so smoothly. We’d definitely use Best Deal again. 5 stars!

Excellent service from best deal. I have used this company at least twice, and the most recent on 26th June to 30th June 2026. Very good prices, very easy and clear pick up process from Faro airport including red carpet, sweets , and a very friendly driver with a great taste in music! Admin was also very quick and easy on collecting the car and no hard insurance selling. Drop off was also easy, no over zealous hunt for damages or anything like that :)

Hired a car from Best Deals, Albuferia for 6 days - it was the best thing we did! The car was new, clean and delivered to us at a very reasonable price. We opted for an auto with sat nav which was exceptionally easy to use - the sat nav enabled us to find ‘out of the way’ places/view points/areas of interest. It made our holiday! Grateful thanks to Guilherme Costa who couldn’t have offered better customer service! Highly recommend

Best Deal Algarve are certainly the best car hire company we have come across over the last 15yrs or so renting cars. Attention to detail, courteous and great customer service. We had a car reserved, but on pickup it was a small 3 door car which I made a passing comment saying it would be such a pain to use with two your kids; but took the car anyway, as that was the only one available. Got a call back from their team 3hrs later who insisted on swapping my car for a new one to avoid any inconvenience. Bruno drove down to our accommodation and swapped the cars. At the end of the rental period, immediately released the deposit, 2 days later, credit car hold disappeared! What a great team and amazing staff. Will only use Best Deal when we are next in Faro and highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un séjour du 19 au 26 septembre en Algarve. Et un peu inquiets pour récupérer la voiture, nous avons vite été rassuré par l'accueil, la ponctualité et la considération des employés de BEST DEAL FARO. Aucune surprise pour la prise en compte du véhicule : le contrat était parfaitement rempli et lors du retour, le personnel a mentionné qu'il n'y avait aucun souci et nous a transporté à l'aéroport avec bienveillance et efficacité.
