De "hittebestendige" ovenschaal is niet hittebestendig en knapte al bij 180 gr. Bij Berghoff dit aangegeven, maar men las de klacht niet of nauwelijks en wees de aansprakelijkheid van het product af op basis van aannames.
De ovenschaal zou niet volgens de handleiding zijn behandeld. Zonder verder onderzoek trekt men de conclusie: het ligt aan de klant en niet aan ons product.

Opmerkelijk en niet passend bij een "degelijk" bedrijf als Berghoff.
De overige schalen die wij in gebruik willen nemen, durven of willen we niet meer in de oven gebruiken. Zonde van het geld.

Odpowiadanie ma maile z dużym opóźnieniem, później tłumaczenie ze mogłam zadzwonić. Utrudnianie możliwości odstąpienia od umowy przez pisanie rzeczy sprzecznych z informacja na stronie internetowej. Brak szacunku do klienta i niemiła obsługa. Nie podpisanie się tez imieniem i nazwiskiem żeby później nie było na co się powołać. Generalnie nigdy więcej tej marki!

I purchased a ceramic BBQ Large from Berghoff. One year after the purchase, I first reported to Berghoff that the ceramic of the BBQ was cracked. At that time, I had used the BBQ less than 10 times. I quickly received the response that the ceramic was cracked because I was using the BBQ incorrectly. It was suggested that I should purchase my own silicone and do the repair myself.
I certainly did not use the BBQ incorrectly. It was claimed that the ceramic is not covered by the warranty, but according to the manual that is only the case if the BBQ is misused. With other kamado suppliers, one gets a lifetime warranty on the ceramics.
The service from Berghoff is very poor. They make up excuses not to have to give a warranty.

Het betreft een Berghoff wokpan 32cm uit de LEO serie van €98,-. Na slechts enkele keren al warmte bultjes in de antiaanbak laag. Volgens Berghoff als gevolg van oververhitting en dus valt dit niet onder garantie. Terwijl je van een wokpan zou mogen verwachten dat deze tegen hitte kan gezien een wokpan gebruikt wordt om te roerbakken. Dit is een kooktechniek waarbij hoge temperaturen worden gebruikt. Helaas een zeer teleurstellende reactie van Berghoff.

On est bien d'accord, la matériel de la marque est de qualité mais le service après-vente est atterrant. Non seulement ils ont du mal à comprendre un français simple et clair mais on se retrouve vite menacé de représailles si l'on se plaint, comble de l'ironie. Ma poêle a eu quelques soucis, je ne demandais pas un remboursement ou autre, je voulais juste être certain que je pouvais continuer de cuisiner avec et ce fut ma pire expérience avec un SAV. Dernier achat pour moi chez eux et ils peuvent compter sur moi pour ne plus les conseiller à d'autres personnes. Aberrant.

I have spent a significant amount on two sets of "Leo" storage jars - one set in June 2020 and one set in September 2021. These are not cheap and I expected them to last. I had been pleased with them but one of the jars developed a crack which has made it lose its airtight function. I took the trouble to send a photo to Berghoff (April 2022) and this is what they replied: "This is clearly a case of inflicted damage.
The pot has been dropped, something has fallen on it in the sink or has flown around in the dishwasher and cracked it. There is no guarantee on this. Kind Regards". So this was rude! As well as inaccurate and untrue! And I am left concluding that Berghoff do not expect these storage jars to last. I have a set made of similar looking material by a different manufacturer which I inherited from an aunt and which are still going strong, uncracked, after more than three decades so in my view the Leo jars are made of material that is not designed to last. If I wanted semi-disposable kitchenware I would have purchased from a much cheaper source.

Met kerst een grillpan Leo van Berghoff gekocht. Prijs 50,00!! Wat een waardeloos product. Is na twee keer gebruik volledig krom getrokken. Geen garantie want een grillpan mag niet heet worden volgens de firma. Dit verzin je echt niet!
Nooit meer een product van deze firma voor mij.

Commande passée sur le marketplace de la Redoute. Plus d'un mois pour obtenir un bon de retour et seulement après plusieurs interventions du service marketplace de la Redoute.
Dans trois jours cela fera un mois que le retour a été réceptionné chez BergHoff, toujours pas de remboursement. A fuir.

I bought a Leo Stockpot and the first time I used it the lid steamed up so badly I was unable to see what was cooking inside. I will be returning it and am so disappointed as I has read all te reviews and it seemed to be the one for me.
