Beloved pets were amazing after my dog passed away. They responded immediately with kindness and understanding. I was informed about everything from her resting in a comfy bed, when she had been cremated and where her ashes would be scattered. I can’t thank them enough for the help and support I received. I would highly recommend Belovedpets. My Winnie past away three weeks after her big brother, Oscar sadly had stroke and died. Now she is reunited with her big brother and sister. All three are deeply much.

In recent weeks we lost our beloved pet dog Toby. The suddenness of his passing left us all shocked and distressed. We called Belovedpets and from minute one their care empathy and service was first class.

Gemma’s understanding of the situation on the first call and Liams attention to Toby during the visit helped so much at such a very difficult time. We are so grateful for their love and support.

The communication from Belovedpets was brilliant with no stone unturned. Although sad the reunite meeting was pitched perfectly and the little touches of a gift with Toby’s paw and nose print and a clipping his hair along with a lovely sympathy card left us feeling very satisfied with the overall experience.

We would strongly recommend the services of Belovedpets to anyone.

From start to finish the staff especially one of them who took my lovely dog from me who will know who I mean as soon as as I tell her my dogs name MOJO 18 years old he was my diamond and she was so loving and caring fantastic in every way from the beginning of our loss she was incredible I would recommend her and the company first class to anyone that looses a pet that is really close to their heart.Five stars

We honestly do not know how to put into words what Beloved did for us, but we feel we need to try.

Izzie was our 17-year-old Staffie girl. Although you try to prepare yourself for that day, nothing prepares you for waking up one morning and just knowing the time has come.

We had researched home euthanasia and aftercare beforehand because we knew we would not be in the right frame of mind to make decisions when the time came. We found there can be big differences between companies offering what appears to be the same service. Beloved stood out because they deal with you directly from the first phone call through to the cremation and return of your pet, have their own crematorium, and keep in direct contact throughout. We would encourage anyone facing this decision to research carefully who will be caring for their loved one.

The morning we knew it was time for Izzie was one of the worst mornings of our lives.

I phoned Beloved and spoke to Jess. I could barely breathe and for the first couple of minutes could hardly get any words out. Jess completely understood. I was never hurried or made to feel awkward. She gave me the time I needed to calm myself enough to explain what was happening.

We then had a few precious hours at home with Izzie before Alexandra arrived.

Alexandra was the registered veterinary surgeon who came to our home. She was incredibly patient with both of us, explained what was going to happen and did not move on until we were completely ready.

Izzie went to sleep in her own bed, in her own home, with both of us holding her. It was peaceful. She was surrounded by everything and everyone she knew. Afterwards Alexandra quietly left us alone with Izzie and gave us as much time as we needed.

When we were ready, Mark was waiting outside. Before taking Izzie with him, he spoke with Kym and me about what had happened and the feelings we might experience over the following days and weeks. He also talked to us about our other dog and explained there was no need to immediately remove Izzie's bed, bowls or belongings, as he would still recognise her scent and need time to adjust.

Mark treated Izzie with a level of care and dignity we will never forget. He gently wrapped her in a doggy blanket and carefully placed her into a sleeping bag with her favourite toy. We were given more time alone with her.

When it was finally time to leave, Mark and I carried Izzie outside together. We stopped again, gave her another kiss and said goodbye before Mark drove away with her. We never felt rushed and had as much time as we needed.

Over the following hours and days we received messages telling us what was happening with Izzie. That communication meant more to us than Beloved probably realise. Once she had left our arms, being kept informed made things slightly easier to bear.

A week later we were invited to Beloved's quiet room to collect Izzie. We sat with Gemma, who was absolutely lovely, and she talked us through what they had done and prepared for Izzie. It was only when we got home and looked through everything that we realised just how much care and thought had gone into it, and we were incredibly grateful.

Izzie is now back home with us and has her place. We feel incredibly privileged to have had her for 17 years. Rather than only thinking about that final day, we find ourselves remembering all the things we did together, the places we went and all of the little things that made her Izzie.

There is no company we would trust more than Beloved to care for one of our pets when that time comes again.

To Jess, Alexandra, Mark and Gemma: thank you.

You are all an absolute credit to Beloved. The way you treated Izzie and us during one of the hardest moments of our lives will never be forgotten. You made something unbearable just that little bit easier and, most importantly, treated our girl with the dignity, gentleness and love she deserved.

Beloved Pets,prey on the emotionally vulnerable for their financial gain.Liam was the Vet who came to My adored Dog.No empathy or dignity & failed twice to Euthanise my Dog then left.It was harrowing & a disgrace & I shall never forget how we were treated.Please,please dont believe their words on initial contact,I can only hope this doesn't happen to another Dog(pet)& the family.Beloved Pets they most certainly are not,

From beginning to end beloved pets explained the journey with respect and passion Liam and Liam were very gentle with our Mia whom was very ill and eased all her suffering in a caring way passed peacefully in our arms with no suffering just gentle sleep kept informed all the way of mias journey so grateful for your help and support and a big thank you from Peter and lynette ❤️💙🐕‍🦺xxx

When you take your dog to the vets for the final journey, you sit in the waiting room, seemingly for ever, and then walk out with a lead. Beloved pets could not have been more kind. They came to the house and she was put to sleep with dignity, surrounded by her family. They took her away wrapped in her own blanket accompanied by her favourite toy. And they hand delivered her ashes back to us in a lovely urn. Worth every penny.

Right from the start of our awful journey beloved pets we’re compassionate and caring and thought of us all every step of the way… thankyou will never be enough to you all… special thanks to vet Andre and Liam who treated Tiggs with such dignity and respect… even when I was an emotional wreck u were there… the aftercare was also fantastic!! We will never forget the way u were with us and our family and will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that has to face this awful journey… keep doing what u are doing… we will never forget you guys

From the initial phone call with a lovely patient lady who explained everything clearly and was so patient with me when I was distraught it was clear that this Company really do care about your wishes and fully understand what a hard decision you are having to make
Nichola the vet who came fully explained what would happen every step of the way fully examined Lola and reassured me it was the right thing to do
I was able to sit with my girl and stroke and cuddle her throughout.
I was then able to spend as much time as I wanted to say a proper Goodbye
Liam was so compassionate and made her really look so comfortable wrapped up in a doggy blanket with her favourite toy.
I received an update in the evening which was very comforting
Nothing is too much trouble and it was a very different experience from leaving your beloved fur baby at a veterinary surgery I can't thank everyone at Our Beloved Pets enough

Absolutely professional and personal would never use anyone else. My beloved Jaffa was well looked after and cannot thank the staff from Burnley enough.

We never wanted this day to ever happen for our beloved William, but Beloved Pets gave him the most dignified, caring, sensitive send off to the Rainbow Bridge, that we could ever had hoped for. Fantastic staff, fantastic service & beautiful mementos.

Devastated - my dog was fully sedated almost as soon as the vet LIAM walked through my door. I've since been told that the sedative should be administered gradually so your pet falls into a gentle sleep (this is what I was told when I phoned them). This did not happen and now I am left with the guilt of not saying a proper goodbye which I cannot change. LIAM did not even speak or pet my beautiful boy. I found him to be cold and business like..... not the ending I wanted for by boy which is irreversible.

Following the heartbreaking decision to have my beloved Rio put to sleep , Beloved pets provided exceptional care and professionalism at an incredibly difficult time.They treated Rio with the utmost dignity and showed great compassion throughout .I am sincerely grateful for their sensitivity and support , which brought great comfort during a painful loss .

"Compassion in Our Darkest Hour"

When our German Shepherd's health took a sudden and devastating turn at 4am we were overwhelmed with a sense of helplessness as we rung around looking for an emergency euthanasia service. We came to realise that when companies advertise they have a 24hr service this is only for collecting your deceased pet, not for euthanasia. From the moment we called Beloved Pets the team responded with remarkable empathy and professionalism, reassuring us that they would be there as quickly as possible. The vet was dispatched to us by Mark whilst we were still on the call with Heather.
David the Vet arrived promptly, yet with a calm and gentle presence that immediately eased some of our anxiety. He took the time to explain the process in clear, compassionate terms, making sure we understood each step and felt in control of the decisions being made. Even though it was an emergency, he never made us feel rushed. Instead, he encouraged us to take the time I needed to hold our Coco and speak to her.

Coco passed just with just the sedation which was handled with so much tenderness. David carefully explained what was happening the whole way through. Mark arrived soon after with the van.
The team’s quiet respect for the moment — their soft voices, gentle movements, and patience — made an unbearable situation just a little more bearable.
They carefully explained the cremation options, ensuring we could choose what felt right for us and Coco. The cremation was carried out the next day with the same dignity. We were sent a link the following week to book a time in the Quiet Room to collect Coco's Cremains. When we received our pet’s ashes, they were presented in a beautiful Scattering Tube as we had chosen, along with framed Coco's paw prints, a cremation certificate, 2 inspirational keepsakes, a sympathy card and a small card with comforting words. These thoughtful touches meant more than we can express.
In the midst of panic, heartbreak, and loss, this team brought peace, dignity, and compassion. They treated our Coco as if she was their own and treated us with the utmost kindness. We will forever be grateful for the way they helped our cherished Coco xx

For such a traumatic time having to say goodbye to your best friend, I dreaded the day , but this company where a god send , from the initial phone call, I was in bits and couldn’t even speak, they where patient and sympathetic, they guided me through everything, , made me and my dog comfortable told me every step of the way what was happening. No words will ever be enough. The love and compassion shown to my beloved cat, Puss, on his finally journey. The final act of love my Son & I could give him was to let him go. Beloved Pets, you were beside us every step of the way. Puss is now resting forever in the sun under his tree 🩷🩷🩷
