I honestly can’t praise Beloved Pets enough. From start to finish, the service has been fantastic. The care and kindness shown when dealing with the loss of my 19-and-a-half-year-old cat was lovely.

They make you feel really special and take so much care with everything. The package you receive when collecting your pet is absolutely beautiful and such a thoughtful touch. You can see how much love and attention goes into every little detail.

It’s never going to be an easy experience, but Beloved Pets make a very sad time that little bit easier. A truly lovely service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

It's taken me a while to write this but I can wholeheartedly recommend beloved pets,at an emotional and sad time they were fantastic in looking after us and our baby. Nothing was too much and the care we all received was second to none.A fantastic company with equally fantastic people working for them who actually care.

Thankyou so much to everyone at Beloved Pets who have made this journey so much easier for us. Liam picked our cat Rosie up & was so patient with us as we didn’t really want to let her go. I knew Rosie would be well taken care of & we were kept up to date with every step. Gemma presented us with the beautiful Urn we chose & a beautiful set of paw prints & Rosies fur . This is the second time we have used Beloved Pets & I would recommend them to everyone . The team have so much care, dignity & respect for our beautiful animals we can’t thank them enough.

From start to finish they were kind, informative, and made a horrible experience ... that bit better their team are amazing and the way they deal with you and your family and actually read your notes before you pick up your babies ashes is just amazing I cant thank you enough for making my baby girls final moments amazing

We had an emergency situation with our rough collie Jasper on Saturday evening and Beloved Pets came out to us. We cannot thank them enough for handling an extremely difficult and upsetting situation with respect, care and compassion for both ourselves and our beloved Jasper. They explained every step of the procedure and carried it out with such kindness to Jasper which was so comforting I am sure for him as well as ourselves. We have been kept updated as to the cremation and thereafter and cannot fault anything they did for us. We have given them a 5 star rating which is extremely well deserved .

I really can’t speak highly enough of Beloved Pets. We lost our cherished cat Joey and couldn’t handle another impersonal experience at the vets. I found Beloved Pets on Google, and after reading their reviews, decided to entrust them with Joey. I’m so glad that we did. Their professionalism and compassion is a credit to them. They made us feel cared about and they fully understood the heartache that we were going through. We were kept updated every step of the way and when it was time to be reunited with Joey, the time and empathy that was given to us will stay with us forever. Thank you so much for a truly special service. You are all such wonderful people.

Beloved Pets really looked after us, the vet who came out to put our much loved Cooper to sleep was so lovely, she explained everything that was going to happen, Cooper was at no time worried or distressed, his last day was a happy one, we were so glad we found Beloved Pets.

We cannot thank beloved pets enough for the kindness, compassion and support they gave us during one of the hardest moments we have ever had to face.

We spoke to the team along the way and told them all the information about our dog both personal, medical and personality wise - as they really wanted to get to know and understand him, his life and us as a family.

They arranged for a wonderful vet to come to our home to help our beloved dog peacefully pass away, and they also took care of his cremation afterwards. From the very beginning, the whole process was explained clearly, handled with such care, and carried out exactly when and how we were told it would be.

Having the vet come to our home made such a difference. It meant that our boy could say goodbye to this world in the place where he felt safest and happiest — on his favourite blanket, in his favourite chair, surrounded by his favourite people. We were able to spend those final moments telling him how incredibly loved he was, how much he had meant to us, and how very much he would be missed. He was so beautiful and peaceful even after his final moments which brought us comfort.

The vet was gentle, compassionate and respectful throughout, giving us the time and space we needed to say goodbye in our own way. There was no rushing, only understanding and kindness.

During such an unbearably painful time, the support and care we received brought us a sense of peace and comfort that we will always be grateful for. They allowed us to give our beautiful boy the calm, loving goodbye he deserved, in the home he loved, surrounded by the people who loved him most.

Allowing us time and talking through the things they had set up for us in the quiet room after we were reunited with his ashes was such a lovely and kind process too.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for treating him — and us — with such kindness, dignity and compassion. We will never forget it. ❤️🐾

This was a really sad and unexpected experience. To be able to have this done in his own home was a blessing for all of us. The vet was nice chap, very gentle. The lady on the phone seemed lovely also and was very reassuring . When the time comes for my best pal to leave us:-( that too will be done at home with beloved pets .

We were in that horrible position knowing what we had to do that was best for our dog. It was out of hours, who do we contact? stressful, heartbreaking but Heather and Mark from that phone call managed it with great care and love. Their special attention throughout was comforting to us all. We were very grateful in making his life end peacefully.

After having to make the awful decision to put our much loved cat to sleep beloved pets were very professional and caring would recommend them to anyone who as to go through this words cannot thank them enough

A huge thank you to Alexander and everyone at Beloved Pets. Saying goodbye to my beautiful girl, Bubba, was the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but Alexander's kindness, compassion, and gentle care made an incredibly difficult day a little easier.

We've used Beloved Pets twice now. For our beautiful Babies. Our fur babies came into our lives when we most needed them. Beloved Pets treated my babies at the end with dignity and respect, like you'd want any loved one to be treated.

I was skeptical on the 5 star rating, but how they dealt with my first bunny I knew my beautiful girl would be treated well.

Belovedpets offer support through the entire process by people who understand. They understood Gypsy and Kaiju weren't just a rabbits, they were family. From the first call we made they dealt with us with compassion and care. They came out and collected Gypsy they next day (at my request). We had regular updates from the team of when to expect people and and what would happen next.

Everyone at Beloved Pets help explain the last stages of Gypsy's journey. They took great care of my Girl, talking to her to ensure she didn't travel alone.

We then received regular updates over the next few days until we were reunited with Gypsy.

I don't think we would have got such a personal service if we hadn't chosen this beautifully run family business.

The team obviously care about what they do. They really care about your pet, and you also. To them, your pet isn't just an animal, they are your family. They treat them as such, and offer support.

Thank you treating us and our beautiful babies with such compassion, and understanding that they weren't just rabbits.

Absolutely wonderful from start to finish – thank you for looking after our Holly

Having to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to our beautiful Holly was one of the hardest things our family has ever had to do. Holly was 12 years old and had been such a huge part of our lives, especially for the children, so we were understandably devastated.

From the moment we contacted Beloved Pets, we were treated with so much kindness, compassion and understanding. Everything was explained clearly, and there was never any pressure or rush.

Alex, the vet, was absolutely brilliant. She was gentle, compassionate and took the time to explain everything that was happening. What meant so much to us was how involved and informed the children were kept throughout the whole process. They were spoken to with kindness and given the opportunity to understand what was happening with Holly, which made such a difficult experience a little easier for them.

When you take a beloved pet to a normal vets, sometimes it can feel like they are just another animal and just another appointment. That was absolutely not our experience with Beloved Pets. Holly was treated with dignity, love and so much respect, and our family was treated with the same compassion.

There was no rushing us, no feeling that we needed to hurry or move on. We were given the time we needed to say goodbye properly, and the whole process was handled so peacefully.

As heartbreaking as losing Holly was, I am incredibly grateful that her final moments were calm, dignified and surrounded by the people who loved her.

Thank you to everyone at Beloved Pets, and especially Heather and Alex, for making one of the worst days imaginable as gentle and peaceful as it could possibly be.

Writing this while emotionally still raw after parting with our 15 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier (BO)
At this difficult time this company have been awesome by being quick to respond when needed, empathetic and supportive. I cannot thank the staff enough from the lady who first answered the phone to the Vet that first attended and examined our beloved pet to the lady who gave us time to say goodbye after she had been put to sleep at home in her own bed with her loving family around her. My son and daughter came and said their goodbyes and my wife and I nursed our baby girl as she went to sleep. I Highly recommend this Professional company who do a brilliant job and gave her the best send off any animal could wish for. #RIP BO 💔
