really happy with our tent
So far we are really happy with our touarge tent and had it up already this weekend. It was very easy to do and could be done by 1 person easily.
Communication with the company was good as I had a few questions to start but this was slow through their bot system. And may have been quicker using an email. But they were helpful with advice on what to choose.
The tent itself is huge and well made and really happy with our purchase

The tent purchase was a last-minute…
The tent purchase was a last-minute birthday present. I ordered it on next-day delivery. The customer service team at Bell Tent Boutique were extremely helpful I altered my order twice, and this was dealt with without any issue whatsoever, and they were able to upgrade the delivery via FedEx. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive in time due to a fault with FedEx, and the team at Bell Tent Boutique very quickly refunded the delivery charge. The quality of the tent is absolutely fantastic - Would highly recommend. It is easy to pitch and is absolutely delightful. I ordered the single-tier chandelier for the 4-metre bell tent and was a little disappointed with this, as it sits a bit too low on the centre pole and you can easily bang your head. However, we are going to keep it, and my Dad is going to adapt it somehow so that it sits higher on the pole as it will make an excellent feature.

Wow what a tent
Wow what a tent, I thought being a six metre bell tent it would take a fair bit to get set up but pleased to say the tent went up within just a few minutes we also purchased a double stove and how amazing to sit in the tent at night with the stove roaring away absolute bliss

Excellent service and great tent and stove
Love our new tent and stove. Plenty of space for me and my husband and the stove is super for cooking on and keeps the tent lovely and warm.
Great service and super fast delivery. We did have a problem with the first stove but Lily was amazing, so helpful and quick responding to my emails and sorted a new stove which was sent out straight away. So thank you Lily. Would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from Bell Tent Boutique.
