Really happy with my new 5m stovemate…
Really happy with my new 5m stovemate bell tent and stove! Took both out in early September UK and we really appreciated the cosiness. Easy enough to pack away and set up that we could use it for a weekend.
Anyone considering the stove- make sure you think of flashing kit, heatproof mat, carbon monoxide alarm and fire blanket/extinguisher. Stove and chimney needs a burn before you put it in a tent as the first time the stove smokes a bit.
Kyle from bell tent boutique was very helpful getting my order sorted quickly when I realized the flashing kit was needed!

Really good customer service
Very good quality product - I bought the 4m canvass tent. Also very quick delivery. Sales and customer service are great, really friendly and helpful. I mistakenly made the same order twice.....doh! But sorting this out was no hassle at all for them so thanks to Shauna and Lily in particular. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very good product and exceptional customer service
Our big order was delivered very quickly, was well packed and came all together. I had a couple of issues/queries which I raised by email and received an extremely quick, polite and helpful response. Ordered a stove
Ordered a stove, stove mate and flashing kit. The stove came with minor damage from transit. Aleks was very helpful, and offered either a partial refund + paint to touch up or the option to return and replace. 5* service and rectified the issue immediately.
