i dont often right reviews but i had to in this case as the quality of the tent is superb very good value for money, service was prompt and next day as quoted.
i looked at a few sites and im pleased i ordered from them as its fantastic. Dont hesitate to order from them you wont be disapointed.

Sehr verwirrend
Ich war über Tage in Kontakt mit dem Support. Die Aussagen waren jedoch immer sehr widersprüchlich und auch einige Nachfragen wurde auch wiederholt nicht angegangen. Es wurden leider auch falsche Angaben zu, Versand und Verzollung gemacht. Mir war es leider letztendlich zu unseriös und ich habe über andere Wege bestellt.

I have used the tent now and it did not…
I have used the tent now and it did not disappoint. Initially I had a small issue with minor damage on the carry bag but a free replacement was sorted the same day as the original was delivered, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
Easy to set up take down and for once to pack away as well.
