DO NOT TRUST BELLEWISHES

Do not expect to receive clothing matching the pictures on their website!! Every aspect of Bellewishes' products fall short of the mark. The cutting, quality of material, stitching, shape and beading work are all terrible. You know a company is doing it wrong when their clothing makes you look worse...

Although bellewishes repeatedly apologised and admitted fault, they refused to provide a full refund. They instead referred me to a purported refund policy which didn't actually apply given how completely wrong they got the measurements.

The only thing worse than bellewishes' products is their customer service! They don't even deserve one star.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The dress did not come the day it was promised. I contacted them a couple days later inquiring where it was and they replied back quickly asking when I needed it. Not that it mattered, I told them I needed it in two and a half weeks. Have not heard back at all. Emailed 6 more times-nothing. Tried their online chat. Before I had ordered the dress and had a question, someone was on the line within a minute. When I tried several times recently following up on my dress, I sat there till it times out and it tells me to try again.

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered my wedding dress from here what I received was not at all what was pictured online.
They have loads of fake reviews on their website with claims of quality, service and detail.
They cannot even deliver on simple requests, I had ordered an ivory/champagne dress and I received a very white dress. The dress in the photo was a completely different style, shape and colour!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL OFFER YOU 10% THEN IGNORE YOU!!!
