Scammers!!! Ordered multiple items to try on since they are "lift proof." Most are not and are see-through. On top of that there was a secret sale that wasn't mentioned on the page of the item or at checkout. Therefore, I was told everything was final sale because it was "on sale" even though it was not listed under the "sale" category nor was there anything at checkout to say "sale additional ___% off". Secret sale and now the best they can do is to exchange the items. They aren't great to begin with, why would I want more of them?

Stay away from this brand. Items were secretly treated as “final sale” with no clear warning at checkout, and when I tried to return them, Ptula refused a refund and only offered store credit—if I paid for return shipping myself. Customer support was slow and unhelpful, and sometimes didn’t respond at all. I no longer trust this company and wouldn’t recommend anyone spend their money here.

Stay far away from these people! They scam you on returns and will give you only a fraction of the return back. My bill was $226 and they refunded me $152. That's a big time scam. I told them they are liars and stole my money and they don't care. They just make up excuses and different fees. When they add on fees it does add up to $74! They literally ripped me off $74. On top of them ripping me off I returned the items because they are not good at all. The leggings are soft but the seam in the butt goes very high and not flattering.

I really love this company's clothing. Everything is good quality and super smooth and soft. It's expensive but affordable when on sale.

My favorite thing about this brand is their leggings don't have the annoying front seam (IYKYK) and they really do fit my body like a glove. I also appreciate that many of their leggings come in 3 different inseam lengths (I'm short).

BUT, I have issues with this company:

- When anything is on sale you can't make any returns, so you just have to hope for the best or pay full price (around $74 for a pair of leggings). The brand is not superior in quality to things I've ordered on other sites so paying $74 is nuts to me. I've also been waiting an entire two weeks and still haven't received a recent order - so their shipping timeliness isn't great either.

- If you do pay full price, you have 18 days from the date you made the purchase to request a return. Their website says they "feel this is enough time to try on the item and get a feel if it's a great fit for you." I don't understand how they could have such a restrictive policy considering their website also says shipping during launches is 10-15 days. So the return period has already lapsed while my items are still in transit? For $74 leggings? I think I need to find another brand of athletic wear.
