The shorts were so cute and fit very true to size. They came so fast and they were great for the event I needed them for. They got so many compliments and were so cute and comfy.

Easy shopping process, nice website, plenty of pictures. The dress we got is nice, granted expensive for what it is BUT that’s all of this stuff anymore! Quick shipping. Packaged nicely. Would purchase from here again.

Buyers beware of the “return” scam. Bought dresses for my daughter for homecoming and paid extra for free return option, to find out that they don’t refund but rather exchange for credit. Such a scam and hidden in their fine print return policy. Quality is not great, and return policy a scam. Shop elsewhere!

They allowed us to pay extra for return insurance. But they only allow store credit, no real returns.
Shame on them for calling it a return and not being clear about how returns work.

This is our second year ordering a homecoming dress. The dresses are beautiful and classy. Shipping was fast. My daughter is typically a size 8 and we ordered a 10 for extra length then we just get it taken in around the bust.

My first time ordering from your shop and it was my daughter that ordered her dress. I realised she didn't put it on express post and we were worried it wasn't going to arrive in time. I called and was kindly dealt by Erik who immediately got another dress on express post that got here in time.

I paid $5.99 for what I thought was my ability to return items. I’m not really sure what the extra $5.99 is for but what a scam!!
Now I have over $200 in store credit all because I was trying to give my daughter options for her homecoming dress

Cute dresses, but they changed the return policy and now they don't offer refunds, only store credit. DO NOT PURCHASE multiple items thinking you'll keep one and return the others. We bought from BB because of their return policy, but they changed it in July. BUYER BEWARE. I now have $368 in store credit. GRRRRR.

i initially ordered a diff dress in a size 4 which fit me everywhere but my bust. i got an instant store credit and chose this dress instead in a size 6 to make sure it accommodates my 32D size chest. i love it, the dress color and cut is very flattering. i expected it to be a much cheaper material but surprisingly it's okay. not luxurious but not shein.

The delivery partner that was used stated he could not easily access my address when no other courier had had an issue locating it. I had to ring the courier and organise for redelivery that night. I paid for shipping the next day as I needed my dress but only got it at 7pm. I understand this is no reflection on beginning boutique. I loved my dress and will be 100% ordering again. I ordered a size 22 that fit like a 20 but apart from that my dress is stunning and high quality!

I ordered from this site 11 months ago and loved all 6 dresses but it was for a dance so chose one. The quality and fit was great on all and consistent. I returned and recieved my money back minus the fee for the 5. I again ordered 5 dresses for a dance and they were all but one what I would consider completely cheap and not at all what I received the first time I ordered. The company no longer offers refunds so they have really downgraded in all ways. Sadly this is now just another cheap fast fashion company that got greedy. I used to think your dresses were better than the other brands but am very disappointed. Even the exact same dress was ordered in two colors and the dresses are different. One is beyond cheap. I don’t see how I can order again as I have to order options to try on and don’t want to be stuck with an huge credit! Online companies must refund customers given you can’t try things on. That’s terrible customer service. All in all they have really gone down hill in my opinion.

Update…after an email directly to the company, they were extremely helpful and gave me a refund. Maybe we got a bad batch because our others were amazing. I appreciated the customer service.

The dress fits great, the shipping speed was fast, we are pleased with our experience!
