Beckymetal Recensioni

This website presents itself as a UK-based retailer, but my order was shipped directly from China with no clear disclosure at the time of purchase.
The invoice also showed a different seller name (“HobbyArt”), which was never mentioned during checkout. This raises concerns about who you are actually buying from.
When I contacted customer service, I was offered just a £5 partial refund, which does not reflect the issue. A full refund was refused.
In my view, this is a dropshipping operation presented as a UK-based business without proper transparency. I would not have purchased had this been made clear.
Buyers should be cautious and check the details carefully before ordering.

Product is just as described and is good quality. It makes us smile when we look out and see our favourite breed of dog standing there proud. Very happy with the purchase.

I’m a returning customer and love the items I’ve received. I have the clover sun catchers x 3, guitar, and cat 🐈‍⬛. Also family tree. They have all been for presents for my family and everyone loves them. I will be purchasing more in the future.

I ordered three of the metal hanging suncatchers on a 3 for 2 basis, representing good value. The suncatchers are all lovely designs, seemingly well made and quite robust, and they look really good hanging in our windows. Very pleased with them, and have left individual reviews of the items on the website.

Ordered 3 weathervanes as gifts, everyone delighted. Well made, great price, fast delivery and kept up to date on delivery.

Abysmal service and the product is total rubbish. I have reported them to PayPal as they do not respond to emails. The item arrived and doesn't work as advertised. The materials and craftsmanship is terrible. It looks and feels like cheap rubbish and couldn't be displayed even if it worked.

I was most impressed with the Fox Weather Vanes, the price was ex Excellent Buy 2 get one free so it was one for me and one each for our two sons, also they are so easy to screw on to shed or posts, once you know your Directions N,S,E,W Thankyou I would certainly recommend Alan

Such a lovely addition to the garden. The light gives off a warm, cosy glow and the patterned shadows look beautiful once it gets dark. It charges well during the day and comes on automatically in the evening. Simple, stylish, and makes the garden feel really welcoming.” 🌙✨

Really well made, beautiful colours. The way they catch the sunlight makes it even more enjoyable

Purchased for my friend's birthday. She loves it, it's just like her little dog.

Good quality product and was as described on the website. Website was easy to use and product descriptions were clear and precise. Delivery was prompt and I was kept informed on timing.

I was so impressed with one of the items I bought (horse's head) that I purchased another one in a different design - both are absolutely beautiful.
The quality is superb and delivery was within 2 weeks as stated.

Excellent quality, delighted with LFC weather vane. Bought for my husband's birthday in march .🙂 Thanks so much

I bought a cat suncatcher for my friend's birthday and a seahorse suncatcher for myself. Both of them are absolutely gorgeous.

Beautiful, well-made glass window light catcher. Quick delivery and carefully packed. Top marks for quality and customer service.

Professional customer service good updates overall excellent

This is the second beautiful stained glass hanging ornament I’ve bought from you. The first was so beautiful my sister wanted one. It is beautifully made and arrived well packed and in good time. Makes stunning gifts.

I purchased a Bull Terrier weather vane for my Sister.
Fast delivery. Lovely gift.
My sister was delighted!
So different, well made and easy to put together.

Ordered a candle-holder as a present. The item is of good quality, however, I was very disappointed in the delivery time. It was supposed to be a gift but it arrived too late.

I incorrectly thought that I was buying a weather vane from a British company.
When it eventually arrived, it was damaged and had clearly been shipped from China.
The design of the weather vane is ok but the metal is very thin and I had to repair one piece which had been bent, presumably in transit.
