Hardly any feedback from gift recipients

This order was a gift for someone who had once had a buffalo burger, and he wrote, "We had the buffalo rib eye steaks last night and they were very tasty. Kept the temperature around 125* with a nice sear and it was delicious. Thanks for a great gift."

Shipping and product offerings top notch!
The shipping was quick and top notch. I am so happy to have found a source for New Mexico raised bison tallow and bison. I was a wee bit disappointed in the cut of the bison filets as they are thin (delicious but the thinness make them tricky to cook to rare/med-rare). I love the offering of two sizes of bison patties, so smart. Also, I was knocked out by how many products you offer although New Mexico raised is what we're most happy about. THANKS SO MUCH for your services!

A true haven
live in a food desert on a low fat high protein "red meat" diet for medical reasons. this place is a true haven for me. The meat is just as fresh as any supermarket & they have the low fat meats that even stores an hr away do not have. When i order from here it's 80% of my food source because I haven't found any other reputable & humane places, not even online. It saves me an entire tank of gas per week not having to drive to stores that usually do not even have all of what I need.
However...I kinda feel bad bc I dunno how big or small this butchery is...always feel as if I am taking too much whether it be here or our local store. The world isn't designed for my diet to say the least. Please let me know if ur a really small place I don't want to overwhelm anyone. Thx.

I ordered the warrior package
I ordered the warrior package. It was all high quality product, but it was really not a lot of meat for quite a lot of money. I will not order again as I have to feed a family of five and need a more economical option.
I understood the details when ordering. It's a package that simply will not work for my situation.

Short ribs short on meat…
I was excited to serve grass fed short ribs for Xmas. It was 65% fat. Actual meat was tasty. Chicken was great. Smoked sausage fantastic. Haven’t tried the ground bison yet. Shipping was fast and efficient.

The meats offered by Beck & Bulow are…
The meats offered by Beck & Bulow are high quality & delicious. I am particularly fond of the Wild Boar Bacon - it is the closest thing to Italian guanciale (cured wild boar cheek) that I have found. It is a tastier option than pancetta & I use it in many Italian dishes.

Best Thanksgiving Turkey Ever
I decided to try Beck & Bulow for our Thanksgiving turkey this year since I've had good experiences with their meat and seafood in the past. It did not disappoint! The turkey was the juiciest one ever. I plan on doing Beck & Bulow turkeys from here on out.
