2nd order here and again...
2nd order here and again, shipping is delayed a few days. I guess shipping only goes on certain days.
I tried the bison hotdogs this time and reordered the wild boar bacon. The dogs are excellent and I would prefer these over any grocery store hotdog out there. The wild boar bacon is amazing as always.
I was a little disappointed that a couple of the packages had no vacuum seal. The non sealed packages had more ice crystals on the meat inside the package so I hope this doesn't affect the taste.
Overall, everything I've tried has not disappointed.

Found a label from the company B&B obviously buy their meat from, then package as their own. Seems sheisty.

Timely & well boxed & cooled with dry ice & insulation. The bison heart & liver cuts were acceptable but both packaging was not sealed & leaked heavily upon thawing. The packages also do not have dates printed anywhere to indicate freshness.

Communication was solid
Communication was solid, the food came safe, and inside a GREEN well insulated packing with dry ice and cold paks. Food was fresh and frozen I've tried the Andouille Sausage and it is delicious. More to try soon... Highly recommended. I have elk steaks, Sausage, Bison, and wild boar bacon.

They "mis counted" a 9 inch long 1…
They "mis counted" a 9 inch long 1 pound steak on my order. Ordered and paid for 3, got 2. They did refund my money.
The wild boar bacon, isn't even bacon. Its got spices, even cherry powder & pre cooked. Taste like some cheap processed meat. Avoid if your thinking its just like bacon... its not
Beef New York steak is excellent. I like the ground Elk and Bison.
